CHANNEL GUARD
With this feature, you can protect your children from viewing violent or other inappropriate TV programs.
I.D. NUMBER PRESETTING
1. Press MENU button and move the cursor to "SET UP" option; press VOL + button then the
"SET UP" menu is displayed.
Press CH
/ buttons to move cursor to the "CH GUARD" option and press VOL + button.
2. Press "0" twice then "CH GUARD" menu is displayed.
3. Press "3" to enter a 3-digit I.D. NUMBER of your choice, then "SET ID NO _ _ _" is
displayed. The selected characters will change from cyan to magenta color.
After you finished entering your I.D. NUMBER, "SET ID NO XXX ENTERED" is displayed.

6. Press "ADD / DEL" button on the remote control, then this channel is memorized in the "CH
GUIDE LIST".
7. Repeat the process from steps 4 to 6 until you complete "CH GUIDE".
8. After you have finished "CH GUIDE", press MENU button. "CH GUIDE LIST" will be
displayed for a few seconds.
SELECTING A CHANNEL BY CH GUIDE LIST
1. Press CH GUIDE button, then CH GUIDE LIST will be displayed.
2. Press a number button (1-5), then selected channel will appear.
SET-UP
NOTES The selected channel is changed directly regardless of ANTENNA mode.
At the video mode, CH GUIDE button does not operate.
