JUICING
1. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
2. Turn the power switch to “1” for slow speed or “2” for fast speed depending on the type of fruit or vegetable being
juiced.
3. Place food into the chute using the food pusher.
NOTE: To extract the maximum amount of juice, please push the food pusher down SLOWLY.
Juice will flow into the juice container and the separated pulp will accumulate in the pulp container.
Do not overfill the juice container.
When the juice container is full you can empty the juice into another container and then resume juicing.
4. Switch off the appliance when the pulp container is full and empty it before you continue juicing.
Short-time operation: The appliance is designed to be operated without interruption for a maximum of 1 minute. Allow
it to cool down before further use.
Helpful Hints
1. A small amount of lemon juice can be added to apple juice to prevent browning.
2. Do not use bananas or avocados as they do not contain juice and will clog the appliance.
3. Disassemble the appliance and rinse out the pulp immediately after juicing.
4. If juicing herbs or green leafy vegetables process them with other fruits or vegetables to extract more juice.
CLEANING
Always ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before cleaning.
Disassemble as described in the disassembly instructions mentioned above.
Wash all parts except the motor unit in warm, soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly.
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
WARNING: Please take care to clean the sieve. The blades on its surface are very SHARP.
