batteries that leak are covered by this Warranty.
Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse,
accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product
resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand,
dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or
subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not
the fault of MOTOROLA or BINATONE, are excluded from coverage.
Use of Non-Motorola branded Products and Accessories. Defects or damage that result from the use of
Non-Motorola branded or certified Products or Accessories or other peripheral equipment are excluded
from coverage.
Unauthorised Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment,
installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than MOTOROLA,
BINATONE or its authorised service centres, are excluded from coverage.
Altered Products. Products or Accessories with (a) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed,
altered or obliterated; (b) broken seals or that show evidence of tampering; (c) mismatched board
serial numbers; or (d) non-conforming or non-Motorola branded housings, or parts, are excluded from
coverage.
Communication Services. Defects, damages, or the failure of Products or Accessories due to any
communication service or signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products or Accessories is
excluded from coverage.

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Products or Accessories at your expense and risk, to a
BINATONE Authorized Repair Centre. To obtain service, you must include: (a) the Product or Accessory;
(b) the original proof of purchase (receipt) which includes the date, place and seller of the Product;
(c) if a warranty card was included in your box, a completed warranty card showing the serial number
of the Product; (d) a written description of the problem; and, most importantly; (e) your address and
telephone number.
These terms and conditions constitute the complete warranty agreement between you and BINATONE
regarding the Products or Accessories purchased by you, and supersede any prior agreement or
representations, including representations made in any literature publications or promotional materials
issued by BINATONE or representations made by any agent, employee or sta of BINATONE, that may
have been made in connection with the said purchase.
Disposal of the Device (Environment)
At the end of the product life cycle, you should not dispose of this product with normal
household waste. Take this product to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment. The symbol on the product, user’s guide and/or box indicates this.
Some of the product materials can be re-used if you take them to a recycling point. By
reusing some parts or raw materials from used products you make an important contribution
to the protection of the environment.
Exhausted battery does not belong to household waste. Dispose the battery according to the current
federal, state and local regulation. As a consumer, you are obligated by law to return the used batteries.

Ausschlüsse
Normaler Verschleiß Regelmäßige Wartung, Reparatur und Austausch von Teilen aufgrund des
normalen Verschleißes sind von dieser Garantie ausgenommen.
Batterien Nur Batterien, deren Kapazität bei voller Aufladung unter 80 % ihrer Nennkapazität fällt, und
Batterien, die auslaufen, sind von dieser Garantie abgedeckt.
Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch und Zweckentfremdung Defekte und Schäden aufgrund folgender Umstände:
(a) unsachgemäße Bedienung, Lagerung, Fehlgebrauch oder Zweckentfremdung, Unfälle oder
Fahrlässigkeit, wie zum Beispiel physische Schäden (Risse, Kratzer usw.) der Oberfläche des Produktes
aufgrund von Fehlgebrauch; (b) Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten, Wasser, Regen, extremer Feuchtigkeit
oder starker Transpiration, Sand, Schmutz oder dergleichen, extremer Hitze oder Lebensmitteln; (c)
Verwendung des Produktes oder Zubehörteils für gewerbliche Zwecke oder unsachgemäße/anormale
Verwendung oder Nutzungsbedingungen; oder (d) sonstige Ursachen, die nicht durch MOTOROLA oder
BINATONE verschuldet wurden, sind nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt.
Benutzung von Produkten und Zubehörteilen, die nicht von Motorola stammen Defekte oder Schäden, die
aus der Verwendung von Produkten, Zubehörteilen oder sonstigen Peripheriegeräten resultieren, die nicht
von Motorola stammen oder von Motorola zugelassen sind, sind nicht von dieser Garantie abgedeckt.
Nicht autorisierte Wartung oder unbefugte Änderungen Defekte oder Schäden, die aus Wartung,
Prüfung, Einstellung, Installation, Instandhaltung, Änderung oder Modifizierung in irgendeiner Weise
durch andere Personen/Firmen als MOTOROLA, BINATONE oder deren autorisierte Servicezentren
resultieren, sind nicht von dieser Garantie abgedeckt.
Geänderte Produkte Produkte oder Zubehörteile mit (a) Seriennummern oder Datumsschildern,
die entfernt, geändert oder unleserlich gemacht wurden; (b) aufgebrochenen Siegeln oder solchen,
die sichtbar manipuliert wurden; (c) nicht übereinstimmenden Platinenseriennummern; oder (d)
nicht-konformen oder nicht von Motorola stammenden Gehäusen oder Teilen sind von der Garantie
ausgenommen.
Kommunikationsdienste Defekte, Schäden oder das Versagen von Produkten oder Zubehörteilen
aufgrund von Kommunikationsdiensten oder -signalen, die Sie abonniert haben oder mit den Produkten
oder Zubehörteilen benutzen, sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.

Exclusiones

Pilas. Solo las pilas cuya capacidad total de carga queda por debajo del 80% de la capacidad nominal y
pilas con fugas están incluidas en esta garantía.
Abuso y uso incorrecto. Defectos o daños resultantes de: (a) funcionamiento impropio,
almacenamiento, uso incorrecto o abuso, accidente o negligencia, como daños físicos (grietas, arañazos,
etc.) en la superficie del producto resultante de un uso impropio; (b) contacto con líquido, agua, lluvia,
humedad extrema o sudor excesivo, arena, suciedad o similares, calor extremo, o alimentos; (c) uso de
productos o accesorios con fines comerciales o sometimiento del producto o accesorios a un uso o
condiciones anormales; (d) otros actos no atribuibles a MOTOROLA o BINATONE quedan excluidos de

El uso de productos y accesorios que no sean de la marca MOTOROLA. Defectos o daños resultantes
del uso de productos que no sean de la marca MOTOROLA ni autorizados por la misma, o cualquier otro
equipo periférico, no están cubiertos por la garantía.
Reparaciones o modificaciones no autorizados. Defectos o daños resultantes de reparaciones, pruebas,
ajustes, instalación, mantenimiento, alteraciones o modificaciones realizadas por alguien que no sea
MOTOROLA, BINATONE o sus centros de servicio autorizados, quedan excluidos de la garantía.
Productos modificados. Los productos o accesorios con (a) número de serie o etiquetas de fecha que
se hayan retirado, alterado o destruido; (b) sellados rotos o con evidencia de que se hayan alterado; (c)
números de serie que no se corresponden; o (d) carcasas no conformes o no de la marca MOTOROLA, o
piezas, quedan excluidas de la garantía.
Servicios de comunicación. Los defectos, daños o fallos del producto o accesorios debidos a servicios o
señales de comunicación a los que pueda estar suscrito o utilizar con los productos o accesorios están
excluidos de la cobertura.

U zult vervolgens informatie krijgen over hoe de producten of accessoires op uw kosten en risico
naar een BINATONE erkend servicecentrum te verzenden. Om service te krijgen dient u het volgende
bij te voegen: (a) het product of accessoire; (b) het oorspronkelijk aankoopbewijs (ontvangstbewijs)
met vermelding van de datum, plaats en verkoper van het product; (c) als een garantiekaart met uw
verpakking is meegeleverd, een volledig ingevulde garantiekaart met vermelding van het serienummer
van het product; (d) een geschreven omschrijving van het probleem; en bovenal (e) uw adres en
telefoonnummer.
Deze voorwaarden vormen de volledige garantie-overeenkomst tussen u en BINATONE wat betreft de
door u gekochte producten of accessoires, en vervangen alle vroegere overeenkomsten of verklaringen,
waaronder verklaringen gemaakt in een literaire publicatie of promomateriaal dat door BINATONE werd
uitgegeven of verklaringen gemaakt door een vertegenwoordiger, werknemer of personeelslid van
BINATONE, die met de gemelde aankoop verband kunnen houden.
Het apparaat afdanken (Milieu)
Gooi het product aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet weg met het gewone huisvuil. Lever
het in bij een inzamelpunt voor het recyclen van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur. Het
symbool op het product, gebruikershandleiding en/of verpakking geeft dit aan.
Bepaalde materialen van het product kunnen opnieuw worden gebruikt als u ze bij een
inzamelpunt inlevert. Door bepaalde onderdelen of grondstoen van gebruikte producten
opnieuw te gebruiken, draagt u bij tot het beschermen van ons milieu.
Gooi geen gebruikte batterijen weg met het huisvuil. Gooi de batterij weg overeenkomstig de geldende
wetgeving in uw land of gemeente. Als consument bent u verplicht om de gebruikte batterijen bij een
erkend inzamelpunt in te leveren.
MEDEDELINGEN:
1. Elektrostatische ontlading kan een verkeerde werking van het toestel veroorzaken waardoor de
gebruiker het toestel dient te resetten.
2. Gooi de gebruikte batterijen op een juiste manier weg. Raadpleeg uw handelaar voor meer

Exclusions
Usure normale. L'entretien périodique, la réparation et le remplacement des pièces suite à une usure
normale sont exclus de la présente Garantie.
Piles. Seules les piles dont la pleine capacité est inférieure à 80% de la capacité nominale et les piles
défectueuses sont couvertes par la présente Garantie.
Mauvais traitements et mauvais usage. Défectuosités ou dommages résultant: (a) de l’utilisation et
du stockage inappropriés, de l’usage anormal ou abusif, des accidents ou négligences tels que dégâts
matériels (fissures, rayures, etc.) à la surface du produit suite à une mauvaise utilisation; (b) d’un contact
avec un liquide, l’eau, la pluie, une humidité excessive ou une forte transpiration, le sable, la saleté ou
similaire, une chaleur excessive ou la nourriture; (c) de l’utilisation du produit ou des accessoires à des
fins commerciales ou de nature à soumettre le produit ou les accessoire à un usage ou à des conditions
anormales; ou (d) de tout autre acte étranger à MOTOROLA ou à BINATONE, ne sont pas couverts par
la présente Garantie.
Utilisation de Produits ou Accessoires de marques autres que Motorola. Les défauts ou dommages
résultant de l'utilisation de Produits, d’Accessoires ou périphériques de marques autres que Motorola, ou
non approuvés par Motorola, ne sont pas couverts par la présente Garantie.
Entretien ou modifications non autorisés. Les défauts ou dommages résultant de réparations, essais,
réglages, installation, entretien, transformation ou modification, eectués par des tiers autres que
MOTOROLA, BINATONE ou leurs centres de service après-vente agréés, ne sont pas couverts par la
présente garantie.
Produits altérés. Les Produits ou Accessoires dont (a) les numéros de série ou les étiquettes de date
ont été enlevés, altérés ou eacés; (b) les scellés sont cassés ou présentent des signes évidents de
manipulation; (c) les numéros de série des cartes ne correspondent pas; ou (d) les boîtiers ou certaines
pièces ne sont pas conformes ou sont d’une marque autre que Motorola, ne sont pas couverts par la
présente Garantie.
Services de communication. Les défauts, dommages ou défaillances des Produits ou Accessoires causés
par tout service ou signal de communication auquel vous êtes abonné, ou que vous utilisez avec les
Produits ou Accessoires, ne sont pas couverts par la présente Garantie.

Vous recevrez des instructions sur la façon d'expédier les Produits ou Accessoires à un centre de
réparation agréé BINATONE, à vos frais et risques. Pour une réparation sous garantie, vous devrez
fournir: (a) le produit ou l’accessoire; (b) la facture originale portant la date et le lieu de l’achat, ainsi
que le nom du fournisseur; (c) si une carte de garantie se trouvait dans l’emballage, cette dernière
remplie portant le numéro de série du produit; (d) une description écrite du problème et, le plus
important; (e) votre adresse et votre numéro de téléphone.
Ces conditions générales constituent l'accord intégral de garantie entre vous et BINATONE concernant
les Produits ou Accessoires achetés par vous, et remplacent tout accord ou déclaration antérieurs, y
compris les déclarations faites dans n’importe quelle publication ou matériel promotionnel émis par
BINATONE, ou les déclarations faites dans le cadre dudit achat par un agent ou employé de BINATONE.
Mise au rebut de l'appareil (environnement)
Lorsque ce produit arrive à la fin de sa durée de vie, vous ne devez pas le jeter avec les
ordures ménagères quotidiennes. Apportez ce produit à un centre de récupération et de
recyclage des équipements électriques et électroniques. Ceci est indiqué par le symbole sur le
produit, sur le mode d'emploi et/ou sur la boîte.
