INTRODUCTION
LANAFORM is pleased to oer you the benets
of the most recent progress in terms of comfort
and body care.
The “Perfect Nail” includes a manicure/pedicure
set with a two-speed bi-rotational control. It
also comes with all the accessories you need to
style, le and smooth your nails as if you were
at an actual treatment salon. What’s more, the
“Perfect Nail” includes special tips for removing
rough skin and pushing back cuticles. Regular
use of this product will make your hands and feet
softer and more beautiful and will make your nails
stronger and less brittle.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO
USING YOUR MANICURE/PEDICURE SET, IN
PARTICULAR THOSE RELATING TO BASIC
SAFETY:
•
Check that your mains voltage is compatible
with that of the appliance.
• This appliance is designed for short periods of
use. Do not use this appliance for more than 20
minutes at a time. A rest period of 15 minutes
should be respected between each use.
•
Do not leave the device unattended when
switched on or plugged in at the socket.
•
«This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) whose physical,
sensory or mental capabilities are impaired, or
by persons lacking experience or knowledge,
unless they are supervised or instructed in the
use of the appliance rst by a person responsible
for their safety. Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Store the appliance out of the reach of children.
•
Never use the appliance if the plug or ex is
damaged, if the appliance is not working correctly,
or if it has been dropped or damaged, or has fallen
into water or any other liquid.
•
If the power lead is damaged, it must be re-
placed by a special or similar lead available from
the supplier or its after-sales department.
•
As will any electrical appliance, we do not
recommend using the “Perfect Nail” in a storm.
•
Do not use the appliance near damp areas, such
as the bath, sink, etc.
• Never submerge the appliance in water, in your
bath or under the shower.
•
Keep the cable away from any hot or sharp
objects.
• Remove the plug from the socket prior to clean-
ing the appliance.
•
Check the temperature of the device before
using on any sensitive area.
•
Do not use the appliance around the eyes or near
any other sensitive area of the body or areas that
are infected or injured.
•
Do not use the appliance if aerosol products are
used or oxygen is administered nearby.
• Do not use the device under a cover or cushion.
This may cause overheating that could lead to a
re, electric shock or personal injury.
• Do not carry this appliance by its power supply
lead or use this lead as a handle. The device should
not be carried by its base.
•
To unplug the appliance, place the controls in
the “0” position.
•
People who have diabetes should take extra
care when using the “Perfect Nail”.
• Do not use the “Perfect Nail” on irritated, sun-
burnt or chapped skin, or on any area aected by
any dermatological problem.
•
Do not use the appliance on rashes, warts,
beauty spots or varicose veins.
•
Using the “Perfect Nail” should be easy and
painless. If you feel any irritation in the nails or
skin or any discomfort in the hands while using
this product, stop using it temporarily. If you
have a more violent reaction, please consult
your doctor.
•
Only use this appliance for its intended use
and according to the directions for use set out
in this manual.
• Using the “Perfect Nail” is not a substitute for a
visit to a treatment salon.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 Place the switch into the «0» position and plug
the adapter into the manicure/pedicure unit.
2 Attach the desired accessory to the head of the
main unit. To remove the accessory, pull rmly
on the base.
3 Plug the appliance in.
4 Select the desired rotation direction by sliding
the “bi-directional rotation button” to the “R or
L” position. The rotation direction indicator lights
up. Green indicates clockwise and red indicates
anticlockwise.
5 Start the treatment by selecting the ro-
tation speed (I or II) using the “variable
speed switch”. This appliance is very power-
ful. We recommend you start by selecting
speed «I» to familiarise yourself with it.
Generally, speed «I» is used to treat nails on the
hands and feet. Speed “II” is used to treat thick
calluses and dead skin.
6 For greater eciency and better results, do
not wash hands or feet prior to the treatment.
After treatment, we recommend massaging in a
moisturiser (not-provided) to calm the skin. You
can then wash your hands and/or feet.
The manicure and pedicure box set comes
with 9 interchangeable accessories for
professional-quality treatment at home:

a) The coarse grain and ne grain sapphire
cones are ideal accessories for eliminating cal-
luses. Press lightly on the thick callus and dead
skin to be treated. The ne grain sapphire cone is
designed for at surfaces of skin. The coarse grain
sapphire cone is perfect for treating heels and all
other curved areas.

b) With the sapphire points (thick, thin, rounded
and elongated), you can eliminate hard skin, but
also the imperfections at the corners of your nails.
The sapphire le eliminates only hard dead skin
and slides over soft skin without spoiling it.
Warning : Do not touch the surface of the nail.

c) With the sapphire shaping discs (thin and
thick), give your nails the shape you want more
quickly than with a traditional nail le. The
protective ring is close enough to protect against
the risk of injury while making it easy to access the
corners of your nails. Always start with the slow
rotation speed (I).

d) The polishing cone can be used to polish
the nails on hands or feet after the manicure or
pedicure to make them shine.
ADVICE REGARDING
THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE
All the packaging is composed of materials that
pose no hazard for the environment and which
can be disposed of at your local sorting centre to
be used as secondary raw materials. The card-
board may be disposed of in a paper recycling
bin. The packaging lm must be taken to your
local sorting and recycling centre.
When you have nished using the device, please
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way
and in accordance with the law.
LIMITED WARRANTY
LANAFORM guarantees this product against any
material or manufacturing defect for a period of
two years from the date of purchase, except in the
circumstances described below.
The LANAFORM guarantee does not cover damage
caused as a result of normal wear to this product.
In addition, the guarantee covering this LANA-
FORM product does not cover damage caused
by abusive or inappropriate or incorrect use,
accidents, the use of unauthorized accessor-
ies, changes made to the product or any other
circumstance, of whatever sort, that is outside
LANAFORM’s control.
LANAFORM may not be held liable for any type of
circumstantial, indirect or specic damage.
All implicit guarantees relating to the suitability
of the product are limited to a period of two years
from the initial date of purchase as long as a copy
of the proof of purchase can be supplied.
On receipt, LANAFORM will repair or replace your
appliance at its discretion and will return it to
you. The guarantee is only valid through LANA-
FORM’s Service Centre. Any attempt to maintain
this product by a person other than LANAFORM’s
Service Centre will render this guarantee void.

et lisser vos ongles comme si vous étiez dans un
véritable centre de soin. De plus, le « Perfect Nail
» comprend des embouts spéciaux pour enlever
la peau rugueuse et repousser les cuticules. Une
utilisation régulière de ce produit entraînera
un adoucissement et un embellissement de vos
mains et pieds et permettra à vos ongles de
devenir plus solides et moins cassants.

Vériez que le voltage de votre réseau corres-

utilisation sur une zone sensible.
•
N’utilisez pas l’appareil autour des yeux ou près
d’une quelconque autre zone sensible du corps

ou blessées.
•
N’utilisez pas l’appareil si des produits aéro-
sols sont utilisés ou de l’oxygène est administré
à proximité.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil sous une couverture ou
un coussin. Cela peut provoquer une surchaue
qui peut entraîner un incendie, un choc électrique
ou blesser des personnes.
• Ne transportez pas cet appareil par son cordon
d’alimentation et n’utilisez pas le cordon comme
poignée. L’appareil ne doit être transporté que
par sa base.
•
Pour débrancher l’appareil, placez toutes les
commandes en position « 0 ».
•
Les personnes sourant de diabète doivent

lisation du « Perfect Nail ».
•
N’utilisez pas le « Perfect Nail » sur une peau
irritée, brûlée par le soleil ou gercée, ou sur une
zone touchée par un quelconque problème der-
matologique.
•
N’appliquez pas l’appareil sur des éruptions
cutanées, des verrues, des grains de beauté ou
des varices.
•
L’emploi du « Perfect Nail » doit être aisé et indo-
lore. Si vous ressentez une quelconque irritation
des ongles ou de la peau ou une gêne dans la main
en utilisant ce produit, cessez temporairement
de l’employer. Si une réaction plus violente se
produit, consultez votre médecin.
•
