6. Exercises of the legs
L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Sit always in
a chair when performing the leg
exercise. Do not stand on the pedal
exercise.
L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Make sure
the chair does not move or rotate. If
the chair have wheels, be sure the
brakes are engaged.
L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Be sure you
wear good shoes that not slip off
the pedals. (Rubber soled shoes)
• Place pedal exerciser on a
horizontal, non smooth surface
directly in front of the chair.
• Sit comfortable in a non movable
chair.
• Place your feet in the pedals.
• Now you can pedal with the
pedal exerciser.
7. Resistance adjustment
Turn on the adjustable knob to adjust the
resistance of pedaling.
Turn clockwise: Resistance increase --
heavier pedaling.
Turn counterclockwise: Resistance decrease -
- looser pedaling.
8. Safety instructions
• Consult your specialist (doctor) before
using he pedal exerciser.
• Stop the exercises and consult your
specialist immediately if you feel
dizziness, severe muscle/joint pain or
chest pain.
• Warm-up and stretch about 5 minutes
before beginning your exercises.
• Exercises shall be in a controlled manner
and begin slowly.
• Do not exhaust you.
• Do not exceed the chargeable weight.
The chargeable weight for your pedal
exerciser is 50 kg (110.23 lbs).
• Use the pedal exerciser on horizontal,
dry, non-smooth and indoor surfaces.
• Keep a minimum safety area clearance
of 1 meter of the pedal exerciser. Be sure
these area remains clear during use of
the pedal exerciser.
• Keep it away from children. The pedal
exerciser shall not be used as a toy.
• When it is used by, on or near children,
invalids or disabled persons close
supervision is necessary.
• Risk of burns – Be careful when using in
hot or cold environments (sunshine,
extreme cold, saunas, etc.) for a
sufficient amount of time and when
touching.
• Do not place fingers between
components of the pedal exerciser.
• Keep fingers, cloths, jewelry or items
away from moving parts of the pedal
exerciser.
• Wear comfortable and suitable clothing
when using the pedal exerciser.
• Be sure you wear good shoes that not
slip off the pedals.
• Make sure the chair where you sits in
does not move or rotate.
• Do not stand on the pedal exerciser.
• Do not use the pedal exerciser when it is
not working properly.
• Take note of the instructions for care and
service. The manufacturer is not liable for
damage caused by improper
servicing/care.
9. Care
It is recommended to use a soapy solution for
cleaning. The cleaning liquid should in any
case have a pH value of at least 6. Do not
use a cleaning agent which contains solvents.
Observe the instructions of the cleaning liquid
used. Use a damp cloth and lukewarm water
for cleaning. Avoid soaking. Do not use metal
brushes or any other sharp-edged or pointed
cleaning utensils. In the case of damage to
the varnish consult your specialist dealer.
Regular care would ensure that your pedal
trainer is preserved in a perfectly functional
condition.
