HOW TO USE
WARNING: READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
FIRST USE
• The first time the machine is used, or after a long period of disuse, fill the
removable water tank, using only cold water, and carefully replace it in its
holder.
• Plug into electric outlet.
• Move the on/off button (D) to position “I” to turn on the machine. The on
warning light (I) will light up.
• Place a container under the cappucino maker spout (E) and turn the steam
supply handle completely counter-clockwise. Put the coffee and water supply
button (B) on “I”.
• When water comes out move the button to “0” and close the steam supply by
turning it clockwise.
WARNING: It is advised to let at least one cup of water through to clean the
tubes inside.
ESPRESSO COFFEE
Move the on/off button (D) to position “I” to turn on the machine and make sure
the water tank is full. Wait until the warning light (L) goes on. The machine is
now ready to make coffee.
1 - Adding the ground coffee: 1 measure for
one cup, 2 for 2 cups. Lightly tamp it
down with the tamper
2 - Place the filter holder in position and turn
it as shown in figure 1
3 - Place a cup/two cups beneath the filter.
4 - Put the coffee supply button (B) in position “I”, and coffee will come through
5 - When there is enough coffee in the cup(s) put the button (B) back in position
“0” to stop the flow of water.
WARNING: due to possible residual steam or hot water, remove the filter holder
carefully.

CAPPUCCINO
Move the on/off button to position “I” to turn on the machine, and make sure the
water tank is full.
Wait until the warning light (L) lights up. The machine is now ready to make
coffee. First of all prepare a cup of expresso coffee in a cappuccino cup.
WARNING: remove the filter holder (H).
1 - Move the steam button (C) to position “I”. The warning light (L) will go off
immediately; when the steam is ready for use, the light will come back on.
WARNING: during this step, a small amount of water might drip out of the filter
holder position; this is perfectly normal and due to the evaporation of residual water
in the steam tubes.
2 - Fill a pitcher, preferrably metal, with 2 or 3cm of fresh, refrigerated milk.
3 - Place it under the cappuccino maker (E), making sure the spout is
submerged in the milk.
4 - To steam the milk, turn the steam supply handle (M) counter-clockwise.
5 - This step done, turn the handle (M) clockwise and put the steam button (C)
back to position “0”.

OPERACIONES PRELIMINARES
• La primera vez que se utiliza, o después de un largo periodo de inutilización, rellenar
con agua el depósito extraíble, utilizando solo agua fría limpia, con atención a
reposicionarlo correctamente en la sede al efecto.
• Introducir el enchufe en la toma de corriente.
• Poner el botón encendido/apagado (D) en posición “I” para encender la máquina. Se
ilumina el correspondiente chivato luminoso (I).
• Poner un recipiente debajo del pitón del capuchinador (E) y girar completamente en
el sentido inverso al de las agujas del reloj el pomo de erogación vapor (M). Poner
el botón erogación café y agua (B) en posición “I”.
• Esperar que salga el agua, luego poner el botón (B) en posición “0” y cerrar el pomo
(M) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
ATENCIÓN: Se recomienda dejar que salga al menos 1 taza de agua para limpiar los
circuitos internos.
CAFÉ EXPRESS
Poner el botón encendido/apagado (D) en posición “I” para encender la máquina y
averiguar que el depósito esté lleno de agua.
Esperar que el chivato luminoso (L) se encienda. La máquina está lista para hacer el
café.
1 -Introducir el polvo de café: 1 dosificador para
una taza, 2 dosificadores para 2 tazas.
Prensar ligeramente el polvo de café con el
prensador.
2 - Introducir el portafiltro en la sede y girarlo
como indicado en figura 1
3 - Posicionar la/las taza/tazas debajo del erogador.
4 - Poner el botón erogación café y agua (B) en posición “I” y el café saldrá.
5 - Cuando se habrá alcanzado la cantidad de café deseada, poner otra vez el botón
(B) en posición “0” para parar la erogación
ATENCIÓN: a causa de eventuales residuos de vapor o agua caliente, desmontar con
cuidado el portafiltro.

CAPUCHINO
Poner el botón encendido/apagado (D) en posición “I” para encender la máquina y
averiguar que el depósito esté lleno de agua.
Esperar que el chivato luminoso (L) se encienda. La máquina está lista para hacer el
café.
Ante todo preparar el café express en una taza de capuchino.
ATENCIÓN: quitar el portafiltro (H) de su sede.
1 -Poner el botón vapor (C) en posición “I”. El chivato luminoso (L) se apaga
inmediatamente, cuando el vapor está listo para salir, el chivato luminoso (L) se
vuelve a encender.
ATENCIÓN: durante esta fase es posible que una pequeña cantidad de agua o de
vapor salga de la sede del portafiltro; esto es absolutamente normal y se debe a la
evaporación del agua residual en el circuito del vapor.
2 - Llenar un recipiente, posiblemente de metal, con 2 o 3 cm de leche fresca y fría de
nevera.
3 - Colocarlo debajo del capuchinador (E), con atención a que el pitón esté sumergido
en la leche.
4 - Para hacer salir el vapor, girar el pomo (M) en el sentido inverso al de las agujas
del reloj.
