Changing general settings
You can modify various settings of your phone according to your own needs.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, you can temporarily deactivate the ringing for
internal calls.
You can prevent a second call being signalled during a telephone call. The c aller
hears the busy s ignal.
If you wish, you c an set the telephone so that only the company’s number and not
your extension number is revealed to your conversation partner.
You can set your telephone to automatically activate handsfree mode when it re-
ceives an internal call. You will not need to lift the handset, but can immediately start
speaking to the caller.
You can also set your telephone to automatically occupy an external line whenever
you lift the handset or start dialing.
