  • Ik heb in de meterkast een 3 fase stroomvoorziening. Is deze goed combitabel met dit product? Gesteld op 22-9-2015 om 18:54

    • Mijn ervaring is dat de 2 adapters (zender ontvanger) op dezelfde fase moeten staan. Dus bij 3 fasen heb je 3 mogelijkheden. Geantwoord op 23-9-2015 om 12:59

    • Heb ook slechte ervaring met Sitecom en heb die kunnen inleveren en een TPLink aangeschaft. Dat werkt prima en geen problemen met de installatie. Voor een goede verbinding moet ge de netwerklink wel direct in het stopcontact steken, niet via een beveiligde verdeeldoos. Geantwoord op 23-9-2015 om 13:07

  • Het lukt ons niet om de LN-555 goed werkend te krijgen. Op mijn computer staat aangegeven dat 'de verbinding is te beperkt'. Weet iemand hoe dit op te lossen? Gesteld op 21-6-2015 om 18:55

    • Hi heb juist dezelfde ervaring gehad. Heb de Sitecom ingeleverd en een TP Link aangeschaft. De installatie verliep zonder problemen, automatisch kwam de verbinding tot stand. Bij een 3 fasen netwerk moet je wel op dezelfde fase aansluiten en direct in een wandstopkcontact plaatsen niet via een beveiligde verdeeldoos. Bij een beveiligde verdeeldoos wordt het signaal geblokkeerd. Geantwoord op 23-9-2015 om 13:14

  • waar is jullie handleiding voor LN-555 ??? alleen LN554 staat in de lijst!

    • De LN-555 is een set die bestaat uit de LN-552 Socket Homeplug en LN-554 WiFi Homeplug. Handleidingen voor beide homeplugs zijn onder andere te vinden op deze website.     • Hi na veel draaien van de doos eindelijk het type gevonden LN556 WIFI Homeplug. Nergens een gebruiksaanwijzing te vinden. Dan gevonden dat die bestaat uit LN552 en LN554 zeer omslachtig. Normaal geeft men toch een manuel of cd in de doos of tenminste een URL waar men die kan vinden. Wanneer ik de LN556 installeerde was het niet meer mogelijk mijn huis netwerk te gebruiken, geen WIFI meer. Het toegangspunt van Sitecom was wel sterk en bij verbinding werkte dat zeer traag. Ik had een verbinding via het stroomnet nodig maar die werkte niet, de led lichte niet op. Verder gezocht inde FAQ wat een teleurstelling LN556 niet te vinden en 4 FAQ zeer algemeen, normaal geef men zo'n 50 tal FAQ specifiek voor het product. Ik heb de procedure in dat rode foldertje zeker 5 herhaald zonder resultaat. Ik heb nu een TP-LINK geplaatst en in minder dan 5 min was die operationeel. Ik ga de Sitecom LN556 inleveren en kan dit verder niet aanbevelen.
