■Be especially careful when handling frozen foods. Remove all pieces of ice. The more ice that remains on the food, the more the frying medium will splash.
■An old, especially dirty, frying medium may ignite spontaneously when overheated. Replace the frying medium in a timely manner. In the event of a fire,
unplug the power plug and smother out the burning frying medium with a blanket.
