Ladyshave & Care
Your new Ladyshave & Care combines a newly designed shaver and a spe-
cially developed Caring Shaving Balm, to give you the optimal shave. To
make the best use of your Ladyshave & Care, familiarise yourself with the
appliance. First read the directions for use in combination with the illustra-
tions which you will find on the right-hand fold-out page.
Please note: before the appliance is used for the first time, or
when it has not been used for a considerable time, it should
be charged for at least 12 hours (fig. 1).
A full charge is sufficient for 20 minutes (NiCd version) or 35 minutes
(NiMH version) of shaving.
The version is shown on the package by means of a battery symbol.
Which type Ladyshave & Care?
Please check which type of Ladyshave & Care you have bought (you
can find the typenumber on the back of the appliance). Each type has
its own shaving head(s).
HP 6336 Ladyshave & Care
With a gold-coloured shaving head for shaving the entire body.
HP 6337 Ladyshave & Care Opti-Shave
Comes with the Opti-Shave system consisting of:
• A silver-coloured shaving head optimised for shaving legs.
• A blue shaving head optimised for shaving the more sensitive areas,
like underarms and bikini line.
You can easily interchange the different shaving heads and use the spe-
cific shaving head you need (fig. 2).
Caring Shaving Balm
The Caring Shaving Balm has been specially developed to be used
exclusively together with the Ladyshave & Care models, to obtain a
perfectly smooth shaving result outside the shower. The balm prepares
your skin for a close shave and leaves your skin soft and moisturised.
Furthermore, the shaving balm ensures that the shaver glides smoothly
over your skin to make your shave pleasant and comfortable. The
Caring Shaving Balm has been developed for shaving without water.
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Isohexadecane, Glycerine, Mineral Oil, Decyl
Glucoside, Squalane, Panthenol, Sodium Carbomer, Allantoine, Aloe
Barbadensis Gel, Perfume, Menthol, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate,
Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben. 125 ml e.
Dermatologically tested.
How to use
- If your last shave was more than two days ago, pop up the trimmer.
Note: The trimmer is delivered in the popped-up position (fig. 3).
- Always shave against the direction of hairgrowth (fig. 4).
- If you have very long hairs (last shave more than eight weeks ago), we
advise you to shave with the trimmer, without using shaving balm.
- Before shaving, apply a thin layer of shaving balm to your skin.
- Push up the white lock (fig. 5).
- Squeeze the bottle softly and roll the shaving balm onto the area to
be shaved (fig. 6).
- Place the shaving head gently on the skin and shave with your
Ladyshave & Care (fig. 7).
Note: You can press down the trimmer for a more comfortable shave.
• If necessary, you can apply extra shaving balm. Any shaving balm left
on the skin can be massaged in as a moisturiser.
