The SensorCare Hair Dryer could well be the most
intelligent Hair Dryer ever invented.The way it
works can be compared to how a person’s eyes and
brain work. A person’s eyes see something, via the
nervous system, which is signaled to the brain.The
brain then interprets this signal and commands an
action, such as raising an arm.With the SensorCare
Hair Dryer, the Sensor acts as the eye, the
SensorCare Technology System acts as the brain and
the temperature of the airflow is the arm.The
Sensor constantly monitors the temperature of the
hair. As long as the temperature of the hair stays
below the care, safe temperature of 135ºF, maximum
power is used for fast drying. But once the tempera-
ture of the hair gets closer to the care temperature,
the SensorCare Technology System will automatically
reduce the temperature of the airflow to safe, non-
damaging levels. Feedback to the user is transmitted
via the LED Temperature Indicator, which shows the
temperature development of the airflow and the
status of the drying process.The Temperature
Indicator Light blinks during the drying process to
indicate the following stages:
Constant Green
Hair is wet, maximum power and heat is applied
for fast drying.
Blinking Green
Hair is damp, the temperature of the airflow
is gradually reduced to the care temperature to
avoid overdrying.
1. Hold Hair Dryer firmly in one hand and snap
Volume Diffuser onto end of Hair Dryer barrel.
2. Turn Hair Dryer ON to desired setting:
I - Gentle, II - Efficient, or III - Powerful airflow.
Begin drying hair.
3. After drying, turn Hair Dryer to OFF position
and unplug from outlet.
• Insert the Diffuser’s “fingers” into the hair until
they touch the scalp.Then begin making rotating
movements.
• The best results are obtained if you start at the
lower part of the head and move slowly upwards,
always making rotating movements.
• This special Diffuser brings the warm air evenly
to the scalp. This results in voluminous, rich hair.
FOR CURLY HAIR
• For hair with curls or waves, hold the Diffuser at
4-6 in./10-15 cm. distance from the head to let
the hair dry gradually.While this happens, you
can shape your hair with your free hand or with
a coarse-toothed comb.
• When using your hand, contour the hair
to shape curls and waves while drying.
• This prevents the curls from unraveling or
becoming frizzy.
FOR LONG HAIR
• You can dry long hair by combing it downward
with the Diffuser’s “fingers.”
1. Hold Hair Dryer firmly in one hand and slide the
Styling Nozzle onto end of Hair Dryer barrel.
2. Turn Hair Dryer ON to desired setting:
I - Gentle, II - Efficient, or III - Powerful airflow.
Begin drying hair.
3. After drying, turn Hair Dryer to OFF position
and unplug from outlet.
Here is just one of the many hair styles you can
create with the SensorCare Hair Dryer.
As you become more familiar with the Hair Dryer,
you will find many other ways to style your hair -
just use your imagination!
Step 1 (Fig. 1)
After washing and conditioning your hair as usual,
start drying it by dabbing the wet hair with a towel,
then comb it through carefully. Be gentle, harsh
treatment can easily damage your hair because wet
hair is much more vulnerable than dry hair.
Step 2 (Fig. 2)
Dispense a palm full of mousse into your hands and
work the mousse into the roots with your fingertips.
Then lightly bring it into the length of your hair
with your fingers or a wide toothed comb.This will
help create and keep the shape.
