8.2.5 Program the positions of the seat.
Before able to program the positions of the seat the profile of the rail should programmed in
first. Also dipswitch 2 at the main board should be set first into ON position.
Zero position (park position)
This position is triggered via the calibration switch which almost at the top of the chairframe.
The switch point of this switch (where it goes from ON to OFF) is the zero position.
(Switch goes ON to OFF, only when seat rotates in CCW direction.)
Normally this switch / ring is calibrated at Otto Ooms BV.
If there is need to (re-) set this zero point you can do this by rotating and locking the lowest ring.
(see picture A at 8.2.4)
To set this “zero” position into the PCB, you need to control the seat by S2 and S1 2 times over this
point. (then it will be stored automatically.)
To check the ‘zero’ point you need to fold up the seat, control the lift and see where it stops.
The position where it stops is the zero position.
Drive position.
When the drive position is equal to the park position you do need to program this position.
(this standard stored at zero).
When you want program in a (new) drive position you first check if the lift is not at an endpoint
.
1. Release the bold of the upper / top ring, (see picture B at 8.2.4)
2. Keep the tool in and rotate the seat with S2 or S1 to the drive position.
3. Lock the ring in the position where you want that the lift may run.
4. Use button S2 and S1 to find the exact middle of the free position of the swivel seat switch.
5. Unfold the seat. (SEAT must be DOWN)
6. Press S2 and S1, the upper yellow LED will blink
7. When The yellow LED stops blinking (after 4 seconds) release S2 and S1.
8. Teach in of drive position is finished
Check if switch is not critical. (sometimes minor re-adjustment of the ring is needed)
End stop positions
To teach in swivel position for the endpoints, you need to control the lift until it has stopped on the
endpoints.
When the lift is really stopped at the endpoint you can do the teach in of the end stop positions
(Standard the end stop positions are set at zero.)
1. Check if the lift has stopped on the endpoint.
2. Put the seat up.
3. Rotate the seat to the right position by using S2 or S1.
4. Press S2 and S1, the upper yellow LED will blink
5. When the yellow LED stops blinking (after 4 seconds) release S2 and S1.
6. Teach in of end position is finished
Repeat the same steps at the other endpoint. (when needed)
Delete or overwrite stored positions.
Every time when you repeat upper mentioned steps the new stored position will overwrite the old one.
If you want to start ‘blank’ (all points at zero) , you need to control S2 and S1 for more then 10
seconds. (after 10 seconds the red LED light up as a confirmation that all are set to zero)

Ontvang uw handleiding per email

Vul uw emailadres in en ontvang de handleiding van Otolift One in de taal/talen: Engels als bijlage per email.

De handleiding is 4,36 mb groot.

 

U ontvangt de handleiding per email binnen enkele minuten. Als u geen email heeft ontvangen, dan heeft u waarschijnlijk een verkeerd emailadres ingevuld of is uw mailbox te vol. Daarnaast kan het zijn dat uw internetprovider een maximum heeft aan de grootte per email. Omdat hier een handleiding wordt meegestuurd, kan het voorkomen dat de email groter is dan toegestaan bij uw provider.
