1. Getting Started
A. Connecting the base
1. Insert the DC plug of the power adapter and the
telephone line cord into the base, as shown above. The
power adapter with larger DC plug is for the charger
(only in multi-handset packs).
2. Insert the other end of the power adapter into a power
outlet and the telephone line cord into a telephone wall
jack.
3. Use only the supplied power adapter.
B. Installing and charging the handset battery
pack
1. Slide off the battery compartment cover to remove it.
Place the supplied rechargeable battery pack in the
battery compartment, and insert the plug of the battery
pack into the socket, as shown above.
2. Slide the battery compartment cover back on.
3. Put the handset on the base to charge for at least 24
hours. Once charging completed, the will indicate
that the handset is fully charged.
IMPORTANT
Use only the rechargeable battery pack provided with the
product.
C. Setting the display language
1. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
SETUP HS
.
2. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
LANGUAGE
.
3. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
the desired language.
4. Press MENU to save the setting.
D. Setting date and time
1. Press MENU to select
DATE & TIME
.
2. Press MENU and then use the keypad to edit the year
and the date.
3. Press VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- or or CID to move
between the input fields
YEAR
and
DATE
.
4. Press MENU and then use the keypad to edit the time in
12 HR format.
5. Press VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to toggle
AM/PM
settings.
And use or CID to move the cursor to the target
input field.
6. Press MENU to save the settings.
NOTE
If you have subscribed to your network provider’s Caller ID
service, date and time will be automatically set when a call
is received.
Your phone is now ready for use.
2. Using the phone
Bluetooth Setup
Pairing and connecting a Bluetooth enabled mobile
phone:
• Place your mobile phone near the handset and base unit.
• Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
BLUETOOTH
.
• Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
SETUP CELLULAR
.
• Press MENU and display will show
CELLULAR READY?
.
• Press MENU and display will show
DISCOVERABLE MODE
.
The Bluetooth feature will be activated.
• Using your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone, turn on
the Bluetooth feature and search for a new device.
• Once your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone has found
the Motorola L701BT / L702BT / L703BT / L704BT /
L705BT telephone, select it.
• Using your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone, enter the
PIN code of the telephone (the default PIN code is
0000) to continue the pairing process.
• Pairing will be confirmed when you hear a tone and the
Bluetooth icon appears on the handset. The handset
displays
COMPLETED
.
Refer to the User’s Guide of your Bluetooth enabled mobile
phone to learn how to search for or add new Bluetooth
devices. Up to two Bluetooth enabled mobile phones can
be paired up and connected.
Replacing a paired device if the paired cellular
capacity is full:
• Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
BLUETOOTH
.
• Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
SETUP CELLULAR
.
• Display will show the two cellular names of the paired
devices.
• Press VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select the cellular
device you would like to replace.
• Press MENU to confirm. Display will show
REPLACE THE
CELLULAR?
.
• Press MENU to confirm. Display will show
CELLULAR
READY?
.
• Refer to the above section to proceed with the next steps.
All paired Bluetooth enabled mobile phone will be stored
into the paired devices list.
Connecting or removing the paired cellular device(s):
1. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
BLUETOOTH
.
2. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
PAIRED LIST
.
3. Press MENU and then display will show the Cellular
name(s) of paired device(s).
NOTE
Display will show
NO PAIRED DEVICE
if there is no device
paired up.
4. Press VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select the desired
Cellular device.
For the connected cellular device:
5. Press MENU to remove the cellular device. Display will
show
REMOVE THE CELLULAR?

6. Press MENU to confirm.
For the cellular device that is not connected:
5. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select
CONNECT
or
REMOVE CELLULAR

6. Press MENU to confirm. If you select
REMOVE CELLULAR

Handset LCD Display
Display Icons
On when the speakerphone is turned on.
On when the answering machine is turned on.
Flashes when a new answering machine
message is received.
On when a new call has been received.
On when the ringer volume is turned off.
On when a new voice mail message is received,
if a voice mail service is being used. (For home
line only).
On when a call is muted.
Full battery power level.
2/3 battery power level.
1/3 battery power level.
Flashes when low battery level is detected and
the handset needs to be charged.
Internal bars cycling indicates the
battery is charging.
In idle mode, the current time is displayed.
In Caller ID mode, the time of call is displayed.
On when the Home line is in use.
Flashes when the Home line is put on hold.
On when the Cellular line is in use.
Flashes when the Cellular line is put on hold.
On when the Bluetooth feature is activated.
On when Bluetooth device 1 or 2 is connected
with the telephone base.
In idle mode the current date is displayed.
In Caller ID mode, the date of the call is
displayed.

1. Pour commencer

1. Introducción
A. Conectar la base
1. Inserte el conector de CC del transformador y el cable
de teléfono en la base, como se muestra arriba. El

B. Instalar y cargar la batería del microteléfono
1. Retire la tapa del compartimiento de la batería para extraer
la misma. Coloque la batería recargable que se adjunta en
el compartimiento de la batería, e inserte el conector de la
batería en el enchufe, como se muestra arriba.
2. Vuelva a colocar la tapa del compartimiento de la batería.
3. Coloque el microteléfono en la base para que se
cargue por al menos 24 horas. Cuando haya finalizado
la carga, el le indicará que el microteléfono está
totalmente cargado.
IMPORTANTE
Sólo utilice la batería recargable que se adjunta con el producto.
C. Configurar el idioma de la información en

1. Presione MENU y después VOL+ o REDIAL/VOL- para

Configuration Bluetooth
Coupler et connecter un téléphone cellulaire
Bluetooth :
• Placez votre téléphone cellulaire près du combiné et de
la base.
• Appuyez sur MENU puis sur VOL+ ou sur REDIAL/VOL-
pour sélectionner

• Appuyez sur MENU puis sur VOL+ ou REDIAL/VOL-
pour sélectionner
CONFIG. CELL

• Appuyez sur MENU :
CELL. PRÊT?
s’affiche.
• Appuyez sur MENU :
MODE RECHERCHE
s’affiche. La
fonction Bluetooth est alors activée.
• Sur votre téléphone cellulaire Bluetooth, activez la
fonction Bluetooth et cherchez un nouvel appareil.
• Quand votre téléphone cellulaire Bluetooth a trouvé le
téléphone Motorola L701BT / L702BT / L703BT /
L704BT / L705BT, sélectionnez-le.
• Sur votre téléphone cellulaire Bluetooth, entrez le code
PIN du téléphone (le code PIN par défaut est 0000),
pour continuer le processus de couplage.
• Quand le couplage est effectué, vous entendez un bip
et l’icône Bluetooth s’affiche sur le combiné.
TERMINÉ
s’affiche sur le combiné.
Référez-vous au mode d’emploi de votre cellulaire
Bluetooth pour savoir comment chercher ou ajouter de
nouveaux appareils Bluetooth. Vous pouvez coupler et
connecter jusqu’à deux cellulaires Bluetooth.
Remplacer un appareil couplé si la capacité de
couplage est pleine :
• Appuyez sur MENU puis sur VOL+ ou sur REDIAL/VOL-
pour sélectionner

encontró el teléfono Motorola L701BT / L702BT /
L703BT / L704BT / L705BT, selecciónelo.
• Utilizando su teléfono móvil habilitado con Bluetooth,
ingrese el código personal de seguridad del teléfono (el
código personal de seguridad predeterminado es
0000) para continuar con el proceso de vinculación.
• La vinculación quedará confirmada cuando escuche un
tono y aparezca el ícono de Bluetooth en el microteléfono.
En la pantalla del microteléfono aparece
COMPLETADO

Consulte la Guía de usuario de su teléfono móvil habilitado
con Bluetooth para aprender a buscar o a agregar nuevos
dispositivos Bluetooth.Se pueden vincular y conectar hasta
dos teléfonos móviles.
Remplazar un dispositivo vinculado si la capacidad
del celular vinculado está completa:
