      Het spijt ons om te lezen dat beide knoppen van uw Inissia machine blijven knipperen.

      Vermoedelijk is uw machine per ongeluk in ontkalkingsstand gekomen. Dit kan gebeuren wanneer de Espresso en Lungo knopen tegelijkertijd worden ingedrukt.

      Om uit de ontkalkingsmodus te gaan, drukt u voor drie seconden lang de Espresso en Lungo knoppen tegelijk in om zo de ontkalkingsmodus af te sluiten.

      Mocht u hierbij toch problemen ondervinden, neemt u dan telefonisch contact met ons op via het gratis telefoonnummer: 0800 022 23 20.

  • Als ik koffie zet met mijn nespresso lekt er veel water in het lekbakje. Dit is ongeveer net zoveel als koffie in een kopje Gesteld op 28-1-2017 om 15:45

      Hartelijk dank voor uw bericht.

      Allereerst delen wij graag dit handige filmpje met u, waarin het ontkalken van uw Inissia machine stap voor stap wordt voorgedaan;

      Hieronder vindt u ook alle stappen:

      1. Controleer of er geen capsule meer in uw machine zit door de capsule klep open en dicht te doen.
      2. Maak het lekbakje en het opvangbakje voor capsules leeg.
      3. Vul het waterreservoir met 0.5 L drinkwater en voeg een zakje Nespresso ontkalkingsmiddel toe. Deze vindt u hier op onze website: Klik op deze LINK{"accessory-collection":"accessory-collection-machinemaintenance"}
      4. Plaats een opvangbak (minimaal 1 L) onder de koffieuitloop.
      5. U start de ontkalkingsmodus in door de knoppen Espresso en Lungo, terwijl de machine is ingeschakeld, 3 seconden lang tegelijk in te drukken. Beide indicatielampjes knipperen ter bevestiging.
      6. Druk op de Lungoknop en wacht totdat het waterreservoir leeg is.
      7. Vul het waterreservoir nogmaals met de gebruikte ontkalkingsoplossing die u hebt opgevangen en herhaal de stappen 4 en 6.
      8. Maak het waterreservoir leeg en spoel na. Vul deze vervolgens opnieuw met drinkwater.
      9. Herhaal zodra u klaar bent de stappen 4 en 6 twee maal om de machine na te spoelen.
      10. Druk drie seconden lang de knoppen Espresso en Lungo tegelijk in om de ontkalkingsmodus af te sluiten. De indicatielampjes zullen knipperen en de machine zal voor ongeveer 25 seconden opwarmen. Hierna is de machine klaar voor gebruik.
