STEP 2: HEAT OUTPUT
Your unit has three output levels
HIGH: 1500 Watt Heating
MED: 900 Watt Heating
LOW: 600 Watt Heating
• Push the up button (+) to increase output level and push the down
button (–) to decrease output level. The LED's will illuminate to
reflect which output level you have selected (Fig. 8).
STEP 3: SET THERMOSTAT
• Adjust your thermostat anywhere between 60
°
F (15
°
C) and
80
°
F (27
°
C).
• Push the up button (+) to increase the desired temperature and
push the down button (–) to decrease the desired temperature
level. The LED's will illuminate to reflect the temperature you have
selected (Fig. 9).
For example: If you set your thermostat at 65
°
F (18
°
C), the 60
°
F
(15
°
C) and 65
°
F (18
°
C) LED’s will be illuminated.
• Once you have set your desired temperature, the unit will operate
under this desired setting until the unit is turned off.
• When the desired temperature has been reached, the unit will
automatically shut off. (The thermostat LED's will remain
illuminated)
• Your unit will turn back on when the current room temperature
decreases below your desired temperature.
STEP 4: CHILD-LOCK FEATURE
• This heater is equipped with a child-lock feature. This feature will
keep the established settings from being adjusted unintentionally.
To activate the child-lock, once the desired settings have been
established, depress the up button (+) and down button (–) at the
same time and hold for 3 seconds (Fig 10). To deactivate the
child-lock, depress the same up button (+) and down button (–) at
the same time and hold for 3 seconds.
NOTE: This feature will not keep the heater from being turned on.
It will, however, keep the controls from being adjusted once the
heater has been set.
