IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliance, the following basic safety precautions should always
be followed：
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the kettle to the power supply, check that the voltage indicated
on the appliance corresponds with the voltage in your home. If this is not the case,
contact your dealer and DO NOT use the kettle.
3. Unplug from outlet when not in use or pouring water in the vessel. When not in use
please clean the device. Make sure the device is completely cool before cleaning.
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or counter or touch hot surface.
5. Place the appliance on a flat surface. Do not place on the heated surface or near a
hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
6. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord、plug、power base and
kettle in water or other liquid.
7. Ensure that the kettle is used on a firm and flat surface where the children can’t
touch.
8. This appliance is for boiling water only. Don’t use it for milk, coffee or tea, etc. When
boiling, remember keeping the water level between MIN and MAX.
9. Do not touch hot surface. Use handle or knobs only.
10. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service center for
examination, repair or adjustment.
11. Do not let children play with this product. While using, please look after children to
prevent any accidents.
12. This appliance may only be used by children and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are
supervised or have been given instructions concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children
without supervision.
13. Be careful when opening the lid for refilling when the kettle is hot.
14. The kettle is for household use only.
