26. Fill the reservoir with water only – not with any other liquids.
27. If you want to make coffee several times consecutively, always switch off the device for about 5 minutes
before operating again.
28. Use the appliance on a flat, dry and heat resistance surface.

OPERATION
Before first-time use:
Before using this device for the first time please carefully rinse all detachable components with warm
water.
Fill the reservoir with cold water to the maximum water level indication.
Afterwards brew water twice without coffee powder.
To percolate coffee:
1. Connect the mains plug to an appropriate wall outlet.
2. Fill the reservoir with cold water.
3. Open the lid of the reservoir and fill it to the desired water level indication. The maximum capacity is 0.6L
(approximate 2 to 5 cups).
4. Add proper coffee powder into the reusable mesh filter according to your own taste.
5. Place the reusable mesh filter into the filter basket and place the filter basket into the brewing chamber.
Close the lid of the reservoir.
6. Insert the glass jug in place onto the heating plate horizontally, ensure the center hole in the glass jug lid
aligns with the anti-drip valve.
7. Start brewing coffee by pressing the On/off button.
8. If you leave the appliance switched on, the warming plate will keep the coffee warm after finishing
brewing. The whole working process will last 40 minutes. After 40 minutes the unit will be automatically
shut off and stop working.
Note: The appliance is designed with an Anti-drip function. You can temporarily remove the glass jug and pour
out coffee during brewing cycle without coffee dripping from the appliance within 30 seconds.
CAUTION! When pouring coffee from the glass jug, pour it slowly. Do not incline the glass jug suddenly in a
large tilting angle, in case the hot coffee flow out from the lid rim and hurt people. Do not put an empty glass
jar back on the hot warming tray.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning remove the mains plug and let the device cool down.
Never immerse the device in water. Please use a slightly damp cloth to clean the surfaces.
Avoid using acrid or scrubbing cleaning agents.
Wash the glass jug, the filter basket and the reusable mesh filter in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry.
Glass jug, filter basket and reusable mesh filter can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
