    ik heb deze dvd sinds eind september, dus ca 3,5 maand oud.
    Plots heb ik bij het afspelen van een dvd alleen maar geluid en geen beeld meer. Ik maak gebruik van een HDMI kabeltje tusen mij tv en dvd speler.
    Gekocht on line en leverancier zegt mij, dat ik de dvd speler moet recetten.
    A, wie hekkent dit euvel en hoe is het opgelost?
    B hoe moet ik deze dvd speler recetten?

    • Aan/uit knop ingedrukt houden. Belangrijk is als je hem op het internet aansluit te updaten. Dit werkte bij mij in ieder geval perfect. Als het goed is mot alles weer werken Geantwoord op 7-1-2016 om 14:21

    • Ik heb het probleem ook gehad. Knoppen aan/uit of lade openen helpt niet is onzin. Eerste tip download handleiding (pdf) altijd makkelijk. Maar om je nu direct te helpen. Speler aanzetten. Geen schijf laden of niet, maakt niet uit. Links naast display zit knop "pure direct". Deze indrukken tot display "uit" is. Dan schijf erin en spelen maar. Eventueel niet vergeten weer opnieuw in te schakelen bij afslelen cd. Sukses. Het "uitlaten" van pure direct kan je ook je mappenstruktuur op je tv zien wat er op je schojf staat. bv. e mappen met foto's, mp3 of andere muzieknummers.

      Als je de volgorde van mp3 afsprlen onthoud, hoeft dat niet meer via OSD (on screen display)

  • Wij hebben een DBT-1713UD blu ray speler. Nu zijn we na een lange vakantie weer thuis en lukt het in een keer niet meer om een dvd af te spelen. Hij speelt hem wel af, maar geen beeld en geen geluid. Ook updaten gaat niet, want wij hebben geen beeld. Kunt u ons helpen?

    • Ik ben erik en had het zelfde probleem. Ik heb eerst een data kabel aangesloten voor internet om de update en firmware binnen te halen. 2. Aller eerst: reset je blu-ray door de knop lade open en aan en uit knop te gelijk in te drukken op je afstandsbediening, als dit is gebeurt dan ga je update en als het goed gaat die daar automatisch naar toe, updaten en firmware binnenhalen. Opstarten gebeurt automatisch. En als het goed is gegaan dan moet je beeld hebben en werkt alles weer zoals het hoort. Geantwoord op 21-10-2015 om 16:29

    • Speler aanzette. Cd/dvd met mp3 erin. Wachten. Display geeft 0000 aan. Op ab onder knop "enter" ondersre pijltoets (neer) 2x indrukken. Display aat 0002 zien. Dan enter. Dan pijltoets neer 1x indrukken. Display laat dan 0001 zien. Dan play. En dan moet hij het doen. Als je deze volgorde onthoudt hoef je daarvoor niet mee via je tv scherm te kiezen.
