Troubleshooting
If a problem should arise, first check the following:
1. Are the connections correct?
2. Is the set being operated as described in the owner’s manual?
3. Are the other devices operating properly?
If this unit does not operate properly, check the items listed in the table below. Should the problem persist,
there may be a malfunction.
In this case, disconnect the power immediately and contact your store of purchase.

•Check whether the power plug is correctly inserted into the power
outlet.
•The protection circuit is active. Disconnect the power plug from
the electric outlet, wait 5 to 10 seconds and then insert it back
into the outlet.

sleep timer settings.
•“Auto Standby” is triggered when there is no operation for a set
amount of time. To disable “Auto Standby”, set “Auto Standby”

then reconnect the wire.

  • Bij Internet radio schiet het apparaat sinds vanochtend in storing: ERROR wordt aangegeven. Wat moet ik doen om dit te herstellen. NB ik kan nog wel het geluid van mijn tv via de boxen laten lopen.

  • hallo ik heb een denon receiver avr-1713 als ik hem aanzet gaat hij na 5seconden op standbij stand

  • Al zo'n 6 jaar is de Denon AVR1713 in mijn bezit en werkt naar volle tevredenheid.
    Sinds kort leidt het volume een eigen leven.
    Bij het opstarten moeten we meteen het volume terugdraaien omdat het geluid altijd op 80 begint zodat het telkens binnen knalt.
    In de handleiding en instellingen kan ik hierover niets vinden. (wat ook aan mij kan liggen)
    Hopelijk herkent iemand dit probleempje en weet het antwoord om het op te lossen

  • Mijn Denon AVR 1713 is aan gesloten op de lan kabel en het werkte goed, nu werkt de muziek van internet en Spotify niet meer goed. de muziek valt weg en weer terug om de 2 seconden? Gesteld op 19-7-2020 om 17:45
