6. Insert the lter into the lter housing and press as far as it
will go (g. 31A).
7. Close the tank with the lid (g. 31B), and then replace the
tank in the machine.
When you install the lter you must notify the appliance of its
presence.
8. Press the MENU button to access the menu;
9. Press the or button repeatedly until “Install
lter” is displayed.
10. Press the button .
11. The message “Enable?” appears on the display.
12. Press the button to conrm selection. “TURN
STEAMKNOB”appearsonthedisplay.
13. Place a container under the cappuccino maker (min.
capacity of 100 ml).
14. Turn the steam knob (g. 5). “HOT WATER Conrm?” is
displayed.
15. Press the button to conrm selection. The appliance
begins hot water delivery and the message “Please wait”
is displayed.
16. Once delivery is completed, “TURN STEAM KNOB” is
displayed.
17. Turn the steam knob to the 0 position (g. 5). The
appliance automatically resets to “Coee ready” status.
The lter is now active and indicated by an asterisk displayed
in the menu under the item “Install lter”. You can now use the
coee machine.
Replacing the lter
When the message “Replace lter” is displayed or after two
months (see date indicator) or when the appliance has not
been used for 3 weeks, you should replace the lter.
1. Remove the water tank and used up lter;
2. Take the new lter out of its packet and proceed as
illustrated in points 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the previous section.
3. Place a container under the cappuccino maker (min.
capacity of 100 ml).
4. Press the MENU button to access the menu;
5. Press the or button repeatedly until “Replace
lter” is displayed.
10. Press the button;
11. The message “Conrm?” is displayed.
12. Press the button to conrm selection. “TURN
STEAMKNOB”appearsonthedisplay;
13. Turn the steam knob. “HOT WATER Conrm?” is displayed.
14. Press the button to conrm selection. The appliance
begins hot water delivery and the message “Please wait”
is displayed.
15. Oncedeliveryiscompleted,“TURNSTEAMKNOB”appears
on the display. Turn the steam knob to the 0 position. The
appliance automatically resets to “Coee ready” status.
The new lter is now active and you can use the coee
machine.
Removing the lter
If you want to continue use the appliance without the lter, you
must remove it and notify the appliance of its removal. Proceed
as follows:
1. Remove the water tank and used up lter;
2. Press the MENU button to access the menu;
3. Press the or button repeatedly until “Install
lter” is displayed.
4. Press the button ;
5. The message “Disable?” appears on the display;
6. Press the button to conrm and the MENU button
to exit the menu.

  • Ik heb net een Ecam 22.320 gekocht en in gebruik genomen maar deze handleiding klopt zeker niet met de tekening en de handleiding die ik bij de levering ontvangen heb!
    Het verschil begint al bij de geleverde hulpmiddelen zoals aangegeven van C1 tot en met C6

    • Daar heb ik geen probleem mee, maar ik moet dit koffiedikbakje wel ledigen om de 2 a 3 dagen, alhoewel er dan maar 4 a 5 koffies met gemaakt zijn.
