PRESS N’ CURL CERAMIC
This revolutionary Press N’ Curl
Ceramic curling tong is designed
to create dramatically defined curls
and longer lasting shape.
The Press N’ Curl’s spiral-shaped,
ceramic-coated barrel gently and
smoothly guides your hair onto the
tong. The unique pressing action of
its patented press system increases
the definition of your curls by
compressing and heating your hair
from 3 sides.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Plug the appliance. Do not place it
on any heat-sensitive surface.
• Let the appliance heat up, this
will take between 3 to 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT! The barrel of the
appliance will become very hot
when the appliance is plugged
in and switched on. Take care
to avoid the hot surfaces of the
appliance coming into direct
contact with the skin, in particular
the ears, face and neck.
• Ensure the hair is dry or nearly dry
and combed through.
• Separate a 2cm-wide (3/4”) section
of hair. For more defined curls, use
less hair. For free-flowing, loose
curls, use more hair.
• Hold the appliance horizontally
with your index finger positioned
on the slide of the Press N’ Curl
and your thumb on the curl release.
Press the curl release and place
the tip of the hair section under the
spoon [Fig. A]. Release to secure
the section of hair [Fig. B].
To avoid crimped ends, ensure
the tips are securely wound under
the spoon in the direction of the
desired curl.
• Twist the appliance under and
upwards so the hair winds around
the barrel, in the same direction as
the spiral rib
[Fig. C]
. Take care to
avoid the hot surface of the barrel
touching the scalp.
• Push the Press N’ Curl slide to
compress the hair and hold for
10-15 seconds, depending on
the length and texture of the hair
[Fig. D].
• Release the Press N’ Curl slide and
twist the appliance downwards,
unwinding the hair from the barrel
[Fig. E]
. Press the lever to release
the hair section [Fig. F].
• Repeat previous steps as
necessary.
• To set the curl, do not comb or
brush hair until it cools. For a
more casual “bed-head” look,
lightly break the curls up with
your fingers.
• After use, unplug the appliance.
Allow to cool before storing
away.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The appliance may require cleaning
due to a build up of residue from
hair products.
