    • Nieuwe firmware zou hier moeten staan als die beschikbaar is: Klik op deze LINK

      Het probleem is dat deze er niet zijn en de router niet geupdate kan worden. De update failed ook wanneer je via de router probeert te updaten (waarschijnlijk omdat de router op dezelfde plek zoekt naar updates). Geantwoord op 17-10-2016 om 11:06

    • Ik heb de firmware van de router proberen te updaten maar die was niet beschikbaar. Terug naar fabrieksinstellingen hielp niet. Oude firmware er op, nog steeds hetzelfde. Overigens erg slechte zaak dat ik de firmware van een of andere italiaanse site moest halen omdat sitecom zelf geen download beschikbaar had voor deze router. Erg slechte support. De cd die bij de router zit staat ook geen firmware op, alleen een handleiding. Ik was er wel klaar mee en heb een router aangeschaft van tp-link. Geen problemen meer gehad.   • De router geeft aan dat er een update is, maar als ik die wil downloaden accepteert het systeem mijn user-id/password niet. Gesteld op 20-11-2013 om 09:58

  • Mijn WLR 400 heeft een slecht wireless bereik. Alleen in de kamer waar hij staat is bereik met 3 streepjes daarbuiten niet meer. Zijn voorganger de WL-312 ook van Sitecom had een veel beter bereik terwijl de 4000 gemaakt is voor grote huizen met tuin. Wat gaat er fout? Gesteld op 1-10-2013 om 16:26
