L’Apparecchio è garantito un anno dalla data di acquisto. La no-

stra garanzia copre tutti gli eventuali difetti di fabbricazione,

escluse tutte le parti soggette a normale usura. La garanzia non copre i

danni causati da urti, incendi, cortocircuiti e quelli derivanti da un uso im-

proprio. La garanzia prevede la sostituzione di tutti i pezzi non funzionanti

escluso le parti elettriche.

Il giudizio sulla natura del guasto è demandato insindacabilmente ai tecnici

dei servizi assistenza autorizzati dalla POLTI.

La cartolina di garanzia deve essere spedita debitamente compilata e tim-

brata, entro e non oltre 10 gg. dall’acquisto.

Il certificato di garanzia, timbrato e compilato in ogni sua parte, va conse-

gnato, in caso di riparazione dell’apparecchio, al Centro Assistenza. La ga-

ranzia è valida se corredata dallo scontrino fiscale oppure dal timbro del ri-

venditore con la data di acquisto. L’elenco ufficiale dei Centri Assistenza è

riportato nel presente manuale istruzioni.

La POLTI declina ogni responsabilità se nella riparazione non vengono uti-

lizzati ricambi originali POLTI. Per ogni controversia è competente il Foro

di Como.

POLTI garantiza al titular de la garantía, durante el plazo de un

año, a contar desde la fecha de compra, la reparación totalmente

gratuita de las posibles anomalías de los componentes de la máquina, in-

cluyendo la sustitución del componente defectuoso y la mano de obra ne-

cesaria. Las reparaciones se realizan, en todos los casos, en los talleres

de los Servicios Oficiales. Quedan excluidas las partes sujetas a desgaste

usual. La garantía no cubre los daños causados por mal o indebido uso,

golpes, incendio, cortocircuito, sobre-tensión o aquellos producidos por la

cal. (Ver el mantenimiento del producto en el libro de instrucciones).

El juicio sobre la reparación a efectuar es exclusivo de los Servicios Oficia-

les autorizados por POLTI. Una parte de la tarjeta de garantía, la marcada

con “ENVIAR”, deberá remitirse a POLTI, debidamente cumplimentada y tim-

brada por el vendedor, dentro de los primeros 10 días de la adquisición de

la máquina. (Solicite que le cumplimenten la garantia al realizar la compra).

En caso de reparación el aparato debe entregarse al Servicio Oficial más

próximo acompañado del certificado de garantía, correspondiente a la má-

quina, debidamente cumplimentado para tener validez. En los supuestos en

que la reparación efectuada durante la garantía, no fuera satisfactoria y el

aparato por defecto proprio, no revistiese las condiciones óptimas al uso a

que estuviese destinado, el titular de la garantía tendrá derecho a la susti-

tución del objeto edquirido por otro de idénticas características o a la de-

volución del precio pagado. La compañía POLTI declina cualquier responsa-

bilidad si en las reparaciones no se utilizan recambios originales POLTI.

Les produits POLTI bénéficient d’une garantie totale pièces et

main-d’œuvre d’une durée de 1 an. La garantie légale couvrant les

défauts ou vices cachés (article 1641 et suivants du Code civil) est applica-

ble en tout état de cause.

La garantie est effective dans la mesure où ce produit est retourné franco,

non démonté dans un de nos Centres Agrées POLTI FRANCE.

L’envoi doit être accompagné d’un avis d’expédition indiquant les anomalies

constatées ainsi que du présent certificat. Sont exclus de la garantie: 1) Les

produits réparés par des tiers; 2) Les pannes dues à une mauvaise utilisa-

tion, à un entretien défectueux et à un entartrage.

Em caso de reparação o aparelho deve ser enviado ao Serviço Técnico

mais próximo acompanhado por este certificado de garantia, que deverá

ser carimbado pelo revendedor e preenchido totalmente para ter validade.

A compánhia POLTI declina qualquer responsabilidade se nas reparações

não se utilizarem acessórios e peças originais POLTI.

Este aparelho está desenhado para ser utilizado como aspirador de sóli-

dos e líquidos segundo as descrições e instruções descritas no pre-

sente manual. Aconselhamos que leia atentamente as instruções e que

as conserve.

Poderão lhe ser úteis no futuro.

Leia atentamente o manual de instruções e conserve-o num local seco e

protegido. Tenha-o sempre perto do aparelho para que o possa consul-

tar sempre que necessário.

• Não deixar os materiais utilizados para embalar (caixa, sacos, agra-

fos, etc) ao alcance das crianças. aconselhamos a guardar a caixa

para uma futura reutilização. Caso contrário elimine-a seguindo as nor-

mas de reciclagem.

• Em cada utilização desenrolar o cabo completamente tendo o cuidado

de não o deixar sobre superfícies que o possam queimar ou cortar.

• Antes de o ligar á corrente eléctrica verifique que a tensão eléctrica

corresponde á indicada na máquina.

• Não aperte o cabo nem coloque objectos pesados sobre ele.

• Não utilizar adaptadores para ligar a ficha á corrente.

• Não tirar a ficha da tomada com as mãos molhadas ou húmidas.

• Não puxar o cabo ou a máquina para a desligar da corrente.

• Não deixar a máquina ligada sem vigilância e não a deixe ao alcance

das crianças ou de pessoas que não conheçam o seu funcionamento.

• Não aproximar o tubo de aspiração de partes delicadas do corpo hu-

mano como os olhos, cabelo, etc.

• Não utilizar a máquina em ambientes com risco de explosão (pre-

sença de gás no ar )

• Não suba nem se sente na máquina.

• Não utilizar a máquina para aspirar objectos em chamas.

• Utilizar só acessórios originais

• Guardar o aparelho em lugares protegidos dos agentes atmosféricos

(chuva, sol, etc.) e mantenha-o longe de fontes de calor.

• Não submergir o aparelho em água.

• Não limpar o aparelho com jactos de água.

• Efectuar todas as operações de colocação de água, limpeza ou ma-

nutenção sempre com o aparelho desligado e com a ficha desligada

da tomada.

• Se o aparelho cair e apresentar defeitos visíveis ou anomalias de fun-

cionamento, recomendamos que não o utilize ou o tente desmontar.

Dirija-se a um Serviço de Assistência Técnica para efectuar a repa-

ração.

• Se o cabo de alimentação estiver danificado deverá ser substituído

pelo fabricante ou por uma Assistência Técnica autorizada, ou por

uma pessoa qualificada de modo a evitar qualquer risco..

• Em caso de não utilização prolongada deixe o aparelho desligado da

corrente.

• Em caso de má utilização, não conforme com as instruções de utili-

zação e manutenção, a empresa não se considera responsável por

eventuais danos causados pelo aparelho a pessoas, animais ou objec-

tos.

Este método é ideal para uma aspiração verdadeiramente ecológica, efi-

caz e saudável, destinada a todos os ambientes quer sejam domésticos

ou laborais. Com este aspirador poderá aspirar sólidos ou líquidos.

Antes de utilizar Leco-Water Basic proceder á montagem das rodas de

poliuretano tal como se indica na fig. 1

ATENÇÃO: certifique-se que o cabo está desligado da rede eléctrica.

• Levantar o grupo motor (6) do balde de recolha (9) desbloqueando os

ganchos de fecho (10) fig. 2

• Verter aproximadamente 2 litros de agua da torneira para dentro do

balde (9) até ao nível indicado no mesmo (MAX H

O) fig. 3

• Voltar a colocar o grupo motor (6) sobre o balde (9) e fechar os gan-

chos (10) fig. 4

• Inserir o tubo flexível (11) na boca de aspiração (3) fig.5 conectando

posteriormente ao tubo o acessório mais adequado ao solo a aspirar.

• Conectar a ficha á corrente eléctrica ligar o aparelho premindo o

botão vermelho (2) situado sobre a parte superior do mesmo.

Neste momento o aparelho está disponível para ser utilizado.

NOTA: A água que se tem que colocar no balde pode ser aspirada di-

rectamente pelo aparelho. Para utilizar esta modalidade de uso

terá que proceder tal como o indicado a seguir.

• Montar um dos tubos prolongadores (13) no punho (12)

• Introduzir o tubo num recipiente com água limpa

• Ligar a ficha á corrente eléctrica e ligar o aparelho no botão vermelho

(2) situado na parte de cima do mesmo e aspirar a água até alcançar

o nível indicado no balde (9) com MAX H

Neste momento o aparelho está pronto a ser utilizado.

Em algumas situações, para aspirar líquidos, aconselhamos que utilize a

escova grande com um chassis para líquidos (14-15) (Por exemplo para

aspirar eventuais perdas de água de uma máquina de lavar)

Onde não seja possível utilizar a escova grande aconselhamos que uti-

lize a lança (19) ou que aspire directamente com o tubo. (em função da

sua necessidade) fig. 6

Durante a utilização do aparelho poderá aspirar indistintamente sólidos

ou líquidos.

Em qualquer caso se a água ficar muito suja, poderá substitui-la tal

como se indica no parágrafo “Esvaziamento e limpeza do balde”.

Quando se verifica um aumento no número de rotações do motor e a as-

piração é bloqueada pelo flutuador (7) significa que significa que o nível

de água aspirado já atingiu o máximo permitido e portanto é necessário

esvaziar o balde (9)

Para efectuar esta operação é preciso:

Desligar o aparelho carregando no botão vermelho (2) situado na parte

superior do mesmo.

Desligar a ficha da rede eléctrica.

Levantar o grupo motor (6) do balde (9) desbloqueando os ganchos de

fecho (10)

Desligar o aparelho carregando no botão vermelho (2) situado na parte

superior do mesmo.

• Retirar o tubo flexível da boca de aspiração. Levantar o grupo motor

(6) do balde de recolha (9) desbloqueando os ganchos de fecho (10)

• Separar o filtro em rede de aço inox (20) do grupo motor girando a

tampa de fecho do filtro (8) até o libertar e lavá-lo em água corrente.

• Esvaziar o balde e retirar o acessório filtro de agua (21) do suporte da

escova extraindo a forquilha (21) da guia (fig. 7) e lavar todo o con-

junto em agua corrente.

O aparelho está neste momento pronto para ser guardado.

NOTA: A permanência de água no balde não o danifica, mas aconselha-

mos que o esvazie antes de o guardar. Uma das grandes vanta-

gens do Leco-Water Basic é o poder guardar sempre limpo, ao

contrario dos aspiradores com saco que se guardam sempre

com a sujidade aspirada.

• No caso de desejar continuar a aspirar volte a colocar o filtro de água

(21) procedendo de modo inverso ao descrito precedentemente, e en-

cha o balde com água tal como se indica na “Preparação para uso”

Para reduzir a potência de aspiração basta regular o fluxo de ar girando

o botão móvel situado no punho (12); com pequenos movimentos no

sentido horário / anti-horário obterá a regulação adequada para a utili-

zação desejada. Uma redução do fluxo de ar aspirado é ideal para almo-

fadas, colchões, cadeiras sofás, cortinas.

TUBO FLEXIVEL (11)

Inserir o tubo flexível na boca de aspiração. O sistema de engate da

boca permite que o tubo gire sobre si mesmo para ser mais fácil de ma-

nobrar.

PUNHO (12)

Com facilidade é possível regular mecanicamente o fluxo de ar aspirado.

TUBOS PROLONGADORES (13)

Utilizar indistintamente um ou dois dos tubos prolongadores para maior

comodidade de utilização do aparelho. Todos os acessórios se podem

colocar nos tubos prolongadores ou directamente no punho.

ESCOVA GRANDE (14)

Útil por si só para aspiração de alcatifas ou almofadas ou combinada

com o acessório (15)

CHASSIS PARA LÍQUIDOS (15)

Utilizar este acessório em combinação com a escova grande (14) É

ideal para aspirar líquidos de superfícies lisas.

ESCOVA ARTICULADA PARA SOLOS (16)

Para aspirar superfícies secas lisas como cerâmica, mármore, parquet,

etc. pressionar o pedal com o símbolo (cerdas fora)

ESCOVA PEQUENA (17)

Idónea para aspirar superfícies brandas como: sofás, cadeiras, assen-

tos de automóvel

Útil para mover e aspirar o pólvo de todas las superficies como móveis,

cómodas, etc.

LANÇA (19)

Para aspirar cantos ou sítios de difícil acesso como radiadores, gavetas,

etc.

FILTRO EM REDE DE AÇO INOX PARA LÍQUIDOS (20)

A utilização deste filtro é indispensável para aspirar líquidos e sólidos/lí-

quidos.

ATENÇÃO: neste caso a utilização sem acessório provoca grandes da-

nos no motor e é comporta automaticamente a perca da ga-

rantia.

FORQUILHA PARA ACCESORIO FILTRO DE AGUA (21)

Esta forquilha serve para bloquear no seu lugar correspondente o aces-

sório filtro de agua.

ACCESORIO FILTRO DE AGUA (22)

O uso deste acessório permite aspirar ao mesmo tempo tanto sujidade

liquida como seca e liquida.

FILTRO SAÍDA DE AR (23)

Para uma maior eficiência aconselhamos a tê-lo sempre limpo; basta de-

sengatá-lo do aparelho, lavá-lo em água corrente e deixá-lo secar antes

de o colocar no aparelho.

Desligar o aparelho no botão vermelho situado na parte de cima do

mesmo, retirar a ficha da tomada e recolher o cabo em volta do apa-

relho.

Inserir os tubos no vão previsto sobre o porta acessórios (fig. 8) de

modo que o aparelho se possa transportar facilmente só com uma

mão.

aconselhamos que os seque..

Verificar periodicamente todos os filtros assegurando-se que estão to-

FILTER IN R.V.S. VOOR VLOEISTOF (20)

Het gebruik van dit accessoire laat tegelijkertijd het zuigen van vloeistof

LUCHTUITGANGSFILTER (23)

Voor meer doeltreffenheid van het apparaat, is het raadzaam het filter al-

tijd proper te houden : los van het apparaat krijgen, onder het water rei-

nigen en laten drogen voor het gebruik op het apparaat.

• het apparaat uitschakelen door op de rode schakelaar op de deksel te

drukken, de stekker uit het stopcontact halen en het snoer op het ap-

paraat rollen

• de verlengstukken en de accessoires op de accessoirehouder plaat-

sen (fig. 8) om het apparaat met een hand te kunnen verplaatsen.

OPGELET: voor opberg is het raadzaam de vochtige accessoires te la-

ten drogen.

De filters regelmatig controleren en correct geplaatst. Als het apparaat

meer lawaai doet of minder zuigt, U moet de flexibele slang, de verleng-

stukken en de accessoires controleren en dat ze niet verstopt zijn.

In dit geval, het apparaat uitschakelen door op de rode schakelaar (2) op

de deksel te drukken, de stekker uit het stocontact halen en de verstop-

ping verwijderen.

ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING

• alvorens onderhoud of reiniging te plegen, haalt U de stekker uit het

stopcontact.

• Om de accessoires te reinigen is het raadzaam proper water te zui-

gen.

• Het filter in R.V.S. (20) en het luchtuitgangsfilter (23) regelmatig con-

troleren, reinigen en vervangen.

REINIGING VAN HET FILTER IN R.V.S. (20)

• Het filter in R.V.S. los van de motorblok maken door de deksel filter af-

sluiting in de richting van de peil te draaien.

• het filter in R.V.S. onder het water reinigen (fig.9)

• het filter in R.V.S. weer plaatsen tot aan het einde van zijn opberg. De

deksel filter afsluiting (8) op het filter in R.V.S. (20) koppelen door in

de richting van de peil te draaien tot vergrendeling (fig. 10)

REINIGING VAN HET LUCHTUITGANGSFILTER (23)

• Het filter onder het water reinigen en laten drogen. Bij beschadiging

moet U het filter vervangen met een originele onderdeel.

De Leco-water heeft een garantie van 1 jaar tegen fabricage- en materi-

aalfouten, ingaande op de datum van aankoop. De garantie geldt niet

wanneer de schade is veroorzaakt door oneigenlijk gebruik. Wanneer het

apparaat stuk is of slecht werkt, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met

het dichtstbijzijnde officiële technisch centrum. Wanneer het apparaat

eventueel wordt beschadigd door onbevoegd personeel, vervalt de ga-

rantie onmiddellijk.

• De firma POLTI S.p.A. wijst iedere aansprakelijkheid van de

hand voor incidenten die zijn ontstaan doordat de Leco-water

niet conform de gebruiksaanwijzing is gebruikt.

Het apparaat is gefabriceerd volgens de huidige recyclingnormen. We ra-

den u aan het verpakkingsmateriaal voor bescherming tijdens het trans-

port, niet bij het huisvuil te zetten, maar het bij het desbetreffende inza-

melpunt af te geven.

Het apparaat is geschikt voor droog en vloeistof te zuigen volgens de be-

schrijvingen van deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Het is raadzaam de gebruiks-

aanwijzing door te lezen en te houden. Dit kan helpen in de toekomst.

De gebruiksaanwijzing goed lezen en houden in een droge plaats; de

handleiding altijd gebruiken in geval van nood.

• De komplete verpakking (doos, zak, enz...) nooit bij kinderen achterla-

ten. Het is raadzaam de verpakking te houden of af te geven bij het

desbetreffende inzamelpunt volgens de normen van de gemeente.

• Bij ieder gebruik, de elektrische bedraging kompleet uitrollen en buiten

bereik van warme of snijdende oppervlakken.

• Controleer voordat U het apparaat aansluit dat de elektrische bedra-

ding overeenkomstig met het apparaat is. Dezelfde controle moet ge-

beuren bij het gebruiken van de stof- en vloeistofzuiger in andere plaat-

sen dan regelmatig.

• De bedrading nooit met water reinigen en geen zware elementen erop

leggen.

• De stekker nooit met een adaptator in het stopcontact doen.

• Nooit op de bedrading trekken om de stekker uit het stopcontact te

halen.

• Het apparaat in funktie nooit zonder controle laten en altijd buiten be-

reik van kinderen en van personen die niet weten hoe het werkt hou-

den.

• De zuigmond nooit tegen ogen, oren of haren laten werken.

• Niet te gebruiken in ruimtes waar ontploffingsrisiko aanwezig is (gas in

de lucht)

• Nooit op het apparaat zitten

• Het apparaat nooit gebruiken om vlammen of warme vloeistoffen, zuur

of soldeervloeistof, chemische of ontplofbare stoffen op te zuigen. Al-

leen originele onderdelen gebruiken.

• Het apparaat in beschermde plaatsen neerzetten, buiten zon, regen,

enz... en weg van warmte bronnen.

• Het apparaat nooit in het water plaatsen

• Het apparaat niet met water onder druk reinigen.

• Bij het starten met het apparaat, water invullen en manipuleren, moet

de schakelaar uit zijn en de stekker uit het stopcontact.

• Als het apparaat gevallen is en problemen toont in het funktioneren,

het is raadzaam het dan niet te demonteren en door de dichtstbijzijnde

officiele technische centrum te laten herstellen.

• Bij beschadiging aan het snoer, de vervanging moet door de fabrikant

gebeuren of door een goedgekeurde technische centrum om alle ri-

siko te voorkomen.

• Als het apparaat buiten gebruik is, men moet de stekker van de bedra-

ding afsnijden om het apparaat niet te laten gebruiken.

• De firma wijst iedere aansprakelijkheid van de hand voor beschadiging

aan mensen, dieren of dingen die zijn ontstaan door oneigenlijk ge-

bruik of niet conform de gebruiksaanwijzing.

Het systeem is ideaal voor een milieuvriendelijke afzuiging, doeltreffend,

gezond, geschikt voor huishoud en werkplaatsen. Het systeem is ge-

schikt om tegelijkertijd droog en vloeistof te zuigen.

Voor het gebruik van Leco-water, de zwenkwieltjes monteren als op fig.

OPGELET: de stekker bevindt zich niet in het stopcontact.

• de motorblok uit het reservoir halen door de vergrendelingen (10) los

te maken (fig. 2).

• Met circa 2 liter leidingwater het reservoir (9) invullen tot het aange-

duide niveau (blauwe lijnen fig. 3).

• de motorblok (6) in het reservoir (9) doen en sluiten met de vergrende-

ling (10) (fig.4).

• De flexiblele slang op de luchtingang aansluiten (fig.5) met de gekozen

accessoires voor de te zuigen oppervlakken.

• De stekker in het stopcontact doen, en op de rode schakelaar (2) op

de deksel drukken.

Nu is het apparaat klaar.

NOTA: om het water in het reservoir te krijgen kan men het apparaat ge-

bruiken als volgt :

• een verlengstuk op de handgreep aansluiten

• de verlengstuk in het water doen

• met de stekker in het stopcontact, het apparaat inschakelen door op

de rode schakelaar (2) op de deksel te drukken en water zuigen tot

het aangeduide niveau op het reservoir (blauwe lijnen).

Nu is het apparaat klaar.

• in geval van vuile vloeistoffen te zuigen, is het raadzaam het grote

mondstuk met borstel voor vloeistof (14*15) te gebruiken (bijvoor-

beeld om waterverlies van een wasmachine te zuigen).

• waar de borstel niet geschikt is, de zuigmond (19) gebruiken of direkt

met de handgreep in geval van nood.

Droog of vloeistof mogen opgezogen worden. In geval van zeer vuil wa-

ter gelieve het water te vervangen als beschreven bij “leegmaken en rei-

nigen van het reservoir”.

Als de motor sneller gaat draaien en de opzuiging wordt door de vlotter

(7) gestopt, dit betekent dat het waterniveau in het resservoir tot maxi-

mum komt. Men moet het reservoir (9) leegmaken en het volgende doen:

• het apparaat uitschakelen door op de rode schakelaar (2) op de dek-

sel te drukken;

• de stekker uit het stopcontact halen

• de motorblok (6) uit het reservoir (9) halen door de vergrendelingen

(10) los te maken.

• Het apparaat uit zetten door op de rode schakelaar op de deksel te

drukken en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.

• De flexibele slang uit de luchtingang nemen, de motorblok uit het re-

servoir halen door de vergrendelingen (10) los te maken.

• Het filter in R.V.S. (20) los van de motorblok maken door de deksel fil-

ter afsluiting (8) te draaien tot het los krijgen en onder het water spoe-

len.

• Het reservoir leegmaken, de accessoires van het waterfilter (22) los

maken door de houder (21) uit de twee gleuven te halen (fig. 7), en

alle onderdelen onder het water spoelen.

Het apparaat is nu klaar voor opberg.

NOTA: het water mag in het reservoir blijven zonder risiko voor het ap-

paraat, maar het is beter het reservoir leeg te maken. Een van de

grote voordelen van de Leco Water is de mogelijkheid, de stofzui-

ger altijd proper in de kast te zetten. De gewone stofzuigers met

stofzakken blijven met het vuil in de kast liggen.

Om het apparaat weer te gebruiken, het waterfilter (21) weer plaatsen

en het water in vullen tot het aangeduide niveau in het reservoir.

Om de zuigkracht te remen hoeft men de roterende schijf op de hand-

greep (12) te laten draaien; met de wijzers van de klok mee of tegen in

krijgt U de gewenste zuigkracht. Een lagere luchtdebiet is raadzaam

voor tapijten, matrassen, zetels en gordijnen.

FLEXIBELE SLANG (11)

De flexibele slang op de luchtingang aansluiten. Het vergrendelingsys-

teem laat de slang roteren voor een handiger gebruik.

HANDGREEP (12)

Het is eenvoudig om de luchtstroom op de handgreep te regelen.

VERLENGSTUKKEN (13)

Men mag een of twee verlengstukken naar wens gebruiken. Alle acces-

soires zijn aan te sluiten op de verlengstukken of op de handgreep zelf.

LANCE FOR CORNERS (19)

To vacuum in corners or difficult places such as behind radiators, skirt-

ing boards, shutters, corners.

STAINLESS STEEL NET FILTER FOR LIQUIDS (20)

The use of this stainless filter is essential for vacuuming liquid dirt and

liquid/dry dirt.

WARNING: The motor can be badly damaged if this filter is not used. It

will also automatically forfeit the guarantee.

HOLDING BRACKET ACCESSORY FOR WATER FILTER (21)

This bracket is needed to hold the water filter (22) in place.

WATER FILTER ACCESSORY (22)

The use of this accessory allows both wet and dry vacuuming simultane-

ously.

AIR OUTLET FILTER (23)

For maximum efficiency, you are suggested to clean the filter regularly:

remove it from the appliance, wash it under running water and leave it to

dry before repositioning it onto the appliance.

Turn the appliance off by pushing the red button on the lid, disconnect

the plug from the mains, wrap the cord around the appliance.

Put the extension tubes and accessories in the space provided on the ac-

cessory holder base (fig.8) so that the appliance can be easily moved

with the use of only one hand.

ATTENTION: before storing the accessories, let them dry.

Check all the filters periodically and make sure that they are correctly po-

sitioned.

If the appliance makes strange noises or doesn’t vacuum as well as it

did, check that the flexible tube, the extension tubes or the accessories

are not blocked.

In case of blockage, turn the appliance off by pushing the red button (2)

on the lid, disconnect it from the mains, find and remove the obstruction.

• Before any type of maintenance or cleaning of the appliance, turn off

the motor and disconnect it from the mains.

• For accurate cleaning of the accessories, it is suggested to suck up

some clean water.

• Check, clean and replace the stainless steel net filter (20) and the air

outlet filter (23) regularly.

CLEANING THE STAINLESS STEEL NET FILTER (20).

• Remove the stainless steel net filter from its support by turning the fil-

ter lock cover in the direction of the arrow until it is unhooked from the

motor group.

• Wash the stainless steel net filter under running water (fig. 9)

• Insert the stainless steel net filter into its support by pushing it to the

end. Put the filter lock cover (8) on the stainless steel net filter (20)

and turn in the direction of the arrow until it is hooked (fig.10)

CLEANING THE AIR OUTLET FILTER (23)

• Wash the filter under running water, rinse and dry well. If the filter is

worn or damaged, replace it only with a Polti original spare part.

This method is ideal for a true ecological, efficient and healthy vacuum-

ing, intended for both domestic and working environment. Utilizing this

method, you can vacuum all types of dirt at the same time, both wet and

dry.

Before using LECO-WATER BASIC, fit the rotating wheels as indicated in

fig. 1

Warning: make sure that the power supply cable is disconnected from

the mains.

• Lift off the motor group from the collection tank by releasing the lock-

ing clamps (10) (fig.2)

• Pour approximately 2 litres of tap water into the collection tank (9) up

to the indicated level (the light blue ripples fig. 3).

• Reposition the motor group (6) on the collection tank and lock with the

locking clamps (10) (fig.4).

• Insert the flexible tube into the suction tube (fig.5), then connec the re-

quired accessory.

• Connect the plug to the mains, switch on the appliance by pushing the

red button (2) on the lid. At this point, the appliance is ready for use.

Note: the water for the collection tank can be sucked up directly by the

appliance; to do this, proceed as follows:

• Fix the extension tube accessory onto the hand grip accessory.

• Place the extension tube in a bucket of clean water.

• Connect the plug to the mains, switch on the appliance by pushing the

red button (2) on the lid and vacuum until the water reaches the level

of the ripples marked on the collection tank (light blue ripples).

At this point, the appliance is ready for use.

In some situations when vacuuming liquid dirt, we recommend using the

large multipurpose nozzle accessory together with the articulated brush

for liquids (14-15) (for example, when vacuuming water loss from the

washing machine).

When it is not possible to vacuum with the brush, use the lance for cor-

ners (19) or work solely with the hand grip, according to requirements.

(fig.6).

You can use the machine to suck up dust or liquids.

If the water becomes very dirty, replace it as described in the “how to

empty and clean the collection tank”.

If you hear increasing motor speed, and the suction is blocked by the

floater (7), it means that the level of sucked up liquids has reached its

maximum and you must empty the collection tank. To do this:

- turn off the appliance by pushing the red button (2) on the lid.

- disconnect the plug from the mains.

- lift off the motor group (6) from the collection tank (9) by releasing the

locking clamps (10).

• Turn off the appliance by pushing the red button on the lid and discon-

nect the appliance from the mains.

• Unhook the flexible tube from the tube connector. Lift off the motor

group from the collection tank by releasing the locking clamps (10).

• Separate the stainless steel net filter (20) from the motor group by

turning the filter lock cover (8) until it is released and rinse the filter un-

der running water.

• Empty the collection tank, remove the water filter accessory (21) from

the tube connector support by taking out the holding bracket (21)

from the two guides (fig.7) and rinse all the group under running water.

The appliance is now ready to be stored.

Note: water remaining in the tank does not damage the appliance, but it

is always better to empty it before storing LECO-WATER BASIC.

One of the biggest advantages of Leco-Water is the ability to store

it clean, unlike vacuum cleaners with dust bag which are stored to-

gether with the dirt they have picked up.

• If you want to keep on vacuuming, put the water filter (21) back mak-

ing the reverse operation and restore the water level inside the collec-

tion tank.

To reduce the suction strength,simply adjust the air flow by turning the

knob located on the hand grip (12); with small clockwise or anticlockwise

movements you can obtain the correct adjustment for the intended use.

Reduction of the air flow is useful to vacuum carpets, mattress, couches,

cushions and curtains.

FLEXIBLE TUBE (11)

Insert the flexible tube into the suction tube connector. The locking sys-

tem allows rotation of the tube for easier manoeuvrability

Useful for vacuuming soft surfaces such as sofas, mattresses, cushions,

Useful for dislodging and vacuuming dust on all surfaces, furniture,

frames etc.

Stecken Sie die Verlängerungsrohre in ihren entsprechenden Sitz auf

dem Zubehörträger (Abb. 8), so dass das Gerät mit einer Hand einfach

transportiert werden kann.

ACHTUNG: es wird empfohlen, die nassen Teile vor dem Abstellen zu

trocknen zu lassen.

Überprüfen Sie alle Filter in regelmäßigen Abständen und versichern Sie

sich, dass sie korrekt positioniert sind. Wenn das Gerät ungewohnte

Geräusche erzeugt oder weniger gut saugt, überprüfen Sie, ob die Ver-

längerungsschläuche oder das Zubehör nicht verstopft sind.

Ist dies der Fall, schalten Sie das Gerät durch Betätigen des roten Schal-

ters (2) auf dem Deckel ab, ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose

und entfernen Sie den Pfropfen.

• Vor jeder Art von Wartungs- oder Reinigungsmaßnahmen am Gerät

müssen Sie den Motor abschalten und das Gerät vom Stromnetz tren-

nen.

• Für eine sorgfältige Reinigung des Zubehörs wird empfohlen sauberes

Wasser aufzusaugen.

• Kontrollieren, reinigen und wechseln Sie regelmäßig das Edelstahlfilter-

gitter (20) und den Luftaustrittsfilter (23) aus.

REINIGUNG DES EDELSTAHLFILTERGITTERS. (20)

• Entfernen Sie das Edelstahlfiltergitter aus seiner Halterung indem Sie

den Deckel mit Filterhalterung in die Pfeilrichtung drehen bis er sich

von der Motoreinheit abheben lässt.

• Waschen Sie das Gitter unter fließendem Wasser (Abb. 9).

• Setzen Sie das Edelstahlfiltergitter wieder in seine Halterung ein indem

sie es runterdrücken. Legen Sie den Deckel mit Filterhalterung (8) auf

das Edelstahlfiltergitter (20) auf und drehen Sie in Pfeilrichtung bis es

sich einhakt (Abb. 10).

REINIGUNG DES LUFTAUSTRITTSFILTERS (23)

• Waschen Sie den Filter unter fließendem Wasser, spülen und trocknen

Sie ihn ausreichend. Falls der Filter Verschleißerscheinungen oder

Schäden aufweist, wechseln Sie ihn mit einem neuen Originalfilter aus.

ACHTUNG: Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht ohne Filter

Polti gewährt Ihnen 12 Monate Garantie auf das Gerät ab Verkaufsdatum.

Mit dem bestätigten Kaufdatum (Rechnung) umfaßt die Garantie alle An-

sprüche aufgrund von Verarbeitungs- oder Materialfehlern. Ausgenom-

men sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Handhabung sowie Abnut-

zung und natürlichem Verschleiß entstehen. Ebenfalls werden

Folgeschäden durch diese Garantie nicht erfaßt. Bei Beanstandungen bit-

ten wir, das Gerät dem Händler zu geben oder an die nächstgelegene
