Guía rápida
Carga de la Notebook
Cargue completamente la Notebook antes de utilizarla por
primera vez.
→ Enchufe el conector DC de la fuente de alimentación
suministrada al conector de carga (DC IN) de la Notebook.
→ A continuación, conecte la fuente de alimentación a una
toma de corriente.
El LED de carga se ilumina en durante el proceso de carga.
→ Deje la fuente de alimentación enchufada solo hasta que
la Notebook esté completamente cargada. Desconecte
siempre la fuente de alimentación de la Notebook cuando
no la esté cargando.
→ Asegúrese de utilizar exclusivamente una fuente de alimentación
que reúna los requisitos especificados en los datos técnicos del
ordenador portátil. El uso de fuentes de alimentación con, por
ejemplo, una tensión más alta de la especificada provoca daños
irreversibles en el equipo, los cuales no cubre la garantía comercial.
Encendido de la Notebook por primera vez
a Despliegue la pantalla hacia arriba de forma que quede en
un ángulo mínimo de 90° con respecto al teclado.
b Pulse el interruptor de encendido / apagado durante unos
3 segundos para encender la Notebook. Aparecerá el
asistente de inicio.
c Siga las instrucciones del asistente de inicio para
conigurar la Notebook.
→ Durante el proceso del asistente de inicio se le solicitará que se
registre con su cuenta de Microsoft. En caso de que no disponga
de una cuenta Microsoft, por favor, abra una en este sitio.
Al inalizar el asistente de inicio se conigurará su Notebook.
Esto podrá demorar algunos minutos. ¡No apague la
Notebook durante este proceso!
Desbloquear la pantalla
Una vez que el dispositivo se haya conigurado (así como tras
cada encendido e inicio del mismo), aparecerá la pantalla de
bloqueo. Pulse cualquier tecla para desbloquear la pantalla.
→ Si su Notebook está protegida por una contraseña, será
necesario introducirla a continuación.
→ Si lo prefiere, también se puede registrar en su Notebook
a través de Windows Hello. Seleccione "Configuración"
→ "Navegación" (tres líneas horizontales) →"Cuentas"
→ "Opciones de inicio de sesión" → "Windows Hello"
para activar y configurar esta función.
El menú Inicio
Para visualizar el menú Inicio, haga clic en el símbolo de
Windows en la parte inferior de la pantalla o pulse el botón
de Windows en el teclado. Si se vuelve a presionar el menú
Inicio, este se ocultará nuevamente.
En la sección superior del menú de inicio
se muestran las aplicaciones más útiles.
En la sección inferior se muestran las
aplicaciones recomendadas y los
archivos utilizados por última vez.
En la lista superior encontrará,
entre otras cosas, el enlace para abrir
la coniguración (símbolo del engranaje).
En la sección de las aplicaciones, puede
«anclar» y organizar aplicaciones y
favoritos en forma de símbolos.
→ En «Todas las aplicaciones» encontrará una relación de
todas las aplicaciones instaladas por orden alfabético.
Al pulsar una letra principal, tendrá un acceso rápido
alfabético a la lista de navegación.
Ajustes rápidos
Con la combinación de teclas [Windows] + [A] se abren
los ajustes rápidos con los enlaces directos a algunas
de las funciones más importantes de su ordenador portátil.
Activación de WiFi y apertura del navegador
a Acceda a la coniguración (véase el apartado "El menú
Inicio").
b En coniguración, haga clic en "Navegación" (tres líneas
horizontales) y después en "Red e internet".
c Haga clic en el control deslizante o en la palabra
"Desactivado". Junto al control deslizante aparece
la palabra "Activado".
→ La Notebook buscará todas las redes inalámbricas
disponibles en los alrededores y las mostrará en una lista
("Mostrar redes disponibles").
d Haga clic en la red a la que desee conectarse.
e Si es necesario, introduzca la clave de red (contraseña).
f Haga clic en "Conectar". La Notebook se conecta a la red
seleccionada.
→ Encontrará el botón para acceder al navegador en la barra
de tareas en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Haga clic en la
pequeña "e" azul para acceder al navegador. Para escribir
una dirección de Internet (URL), haga clic en la barra de
búsqueda de la parte superior central de la ventana.
Restablecimiento
Si la Notebook se "cuelga" y no responde, puede restablecerla.
Para ello, mantenga pulsado el interruptor de encendido/
apagado durante al menos 10 segundos hasta que la
Notebook se apague. Espere unos 20 segundos y vuelva
a encender la Notebook del modo habitual.
→ Al restablecer la Notebook se pierden los datos no
guardados.
Apagado de la Notebook
Modo en espera
Pulse brevemente el interruptor de encendido/apagado para
activar el modo de espera. Si vuelve a pulsar este botón,
se reactiva la Notebook desde el modo de espera.
Desconexión
Abra el menú Inicio. En la parte inferior del menú Inicio,
haga clic en " " y, a continuación, en "Apagar".
La Notebook se apaga.
Ahorro de energía
■Desactive la función WiFi cuando no la esté usando.
■Deje la fuente de alimentación enchufada solo hasta que
la Notebook esté completamente cargada. Desconecte
siempre la fuente de alimentación de la Notebook cuando
no la esté cargando.
■Reduzca el brillo de la pantalla en la coniguración,
en "Sistema" → "Pantalla".
■Active el modo de espera o apague completamente
la Notebook cuando no la utilice.

by users themselves.

Charging the Notebook
Please charge your Notebook fully before using it for the
irst time.
→ Connect the DC plug on the supplied power adapter to the
charging socket (DC IN) on the Notebook.
→ Then plug the power adapter into a socket.
The charging LED lights up while the device is charging.
→ Only leave the power adapter connected to the socket until
the battery of the Notebook is fully charged. In addition,
always disconnect the power adapter from the Notebook
when you are not charging the Notebook.
→ Ensure that you only use a power supply unit that
corresponds to the technical data stated on the notebook.
Using power supply units e.g. with a higher voltage causes
irreversible damage to your device, which is not covered by
the warranty.
Turning on the Notebook for the irst time
a Bring the screen upwards until it is standing at a minimum
angle of 90° to the keyboard.
b Press the on/off switch for about 3 seconds to switch
on the Notebook. The setup assistant will then appear
on the screen.
c Follow the setup assistant instructions to set up your Notebook.
→ During the startup, the wizard prompts you to register for
your Microsoft account. If you do not yet have a Microsoft
account, please set one up here.
After completion of the startup, your Notebook is conigured.
This may take several minutes to complete. Do not turn the
Notebook off during this time!
Unlocking the display
As soon as the device has been set up (and every time it is
subsequently switched on and booted up), the lock screen
appears. Press any key on the keyboard to unlock the screen.
→ If your Notebook is password-protected, you must then
enter the password.
→ Alternatively, you can also log into your Notebook via
Windows Hello. To activate and set up this feature,
select "Settings" → "Navigation" (three horizontal lines)
→ "Accounts" → "Sign-in options" →"Windows Hello".
Start menu
To display the start menu, click the Windows icon in the bot-
tom of the display or press the Windows button on the key-
board. Press the icon a second time to hide the Start menu.
The Start menu shows the most useful
apps in the upper area and recommended
applications and recently used iles in
the lower area.
In the upper list you will ind, among
other things, the link to open the settings
(cogwheel symbol). In the app area,
you can "pin" and organise apps and
favourites in the form of icons.
→ You will find a list of all installed apps in alphabetical
order under "All Apps". An alphabetic quick access to the
navigation list appears when you click on a respective first
letter.
Quick Settings
The key combination [Windows] + [A] opens the quick
settings with short links to some important functions
of the notebook.
Activating WiFi and opening the browser
a Call up Settings (see "Start menu").
b In the settings, click "Navigation" (three horizontal lines)
and then "Network & Internet".
c Click the WiFi slider or the word "Off". The word "On"
now appears next to the slider.
→ The Notebook searches for all available wireless networks
nearby and then displays them as a list ("Show available
networks").
d Click the network that you wish to connect to.
e Enter the network key (password) if necessary.
f Click "Connect". The Notebook connects to the selected
network.
→ The button for launching the Internet browser can be found
on the task bar at the bottom of the display. Click the little
blue "e" to launch the browser. To enter an Internet address
(URL), click the search bar displayed centrally at the top of
the window.
Reset
If the Notebook "freezes" and no longer responds, you can
reset it. Press and hold down the on/off switch for at least 10
seconds until the Notebook switches off. Wait for about 20
seconds and then turn the Notebook on normally.
→ Any files that have not been saved will be lost when the
Notebook is reset.
Switching off the Notebook
Standby
Briely press the on/off switch on the device to activate the
standby mode. Press it again quickly to take the Notebook
out of standby mode.
Shutting down
Open the Start menu. Click " " in the bottom area of the
Start menu and then tap "Shut down". The Notebook
shuts down.
Saving energy
■Deactivate the WiFi function when it is not in use.
■Only leave the power adapter connected to the socket until
the Notebook's battery is fully charged. In addition, always
disconnect the power adapter from the Notebook when
you are not charging the Notebook.
■Reduce the display brightness under "System" → "Display"
in the settings.
■Activate standby mode or turn off the Notebook
completely if you are not using the Notebook.
